A very bad bank.
The service at the branch lasted 4 hours, although the meeting was scheduled in advance by the bank!
Half an hour before the meeting, it turned out that something MIGHT not be enough in the documents, while the NC meeting was canceled and not rescheduled.
As a result, we sat in the department for exactly 4 hours while the employees learned (as if for the first time) how to work and what to do.
