We came here only because there is an X-ray, to check the bruised paw of a kitten (1.5 months). They didn't really find anything on the X-ray, but they injected an anesthetic, which is categorically contraindicated at that age, in addition, the injection was in the muscle, despite the fact that according to the instructions cats are given only subcutaneously. By morning, the cat began to become intoxicated, convulsions and a temperature of 40, all other paws failed, they were taken to a trusted clinic to pump it out, but they could not save it.
There is a madhouse going on in the clinic itself. The hostess will personally meet you, interrupt and impose unsolicited services (which are paid here only before they are provided). All other employees walk on a string and won't say a word to you without a command.

I ordered a carrier in this store for 14,000 AMD via Yandex Go to take a stray cat to the clinic. At the first use, the belt broke and the carrier fell to the asphalt along with the cat. No one was injured.
I went to the clinic, I thought to return the carrier because of the marriage. The young doctor listened to me, picked up the phone, talked, after which we went from the hospital to the store, where the hostess and another guy were sitting. They said it was the first time they had seen this in 30 years! The belt came off because the threads parted. They offered to sew it up themselves. I replied that I wasn't going to do that. They changed it to another one. They said it was a "small thing."
Everything would be fine, but the impressions of the hostess and this friend are very negative. The behavior is intrusive and sometimes aggressive, inadequate. Younger employees are much more polite. Now I have read the reviews, I understand what I was dealing with, I will avoid this place!
