We have been coming to Pitsunda for the second year. We loved cafe Amra from the first time!!!
We didn't eat so delicious in any cafe of Pitsunda.
Solyanka in Abkhazian is incomparable! Pitsundsky salad-10 points out of 5! Khinkali, dumplings-they do everything themselves, very tasty!!!
Caesar with chicken-filling- real Caesar, Eggplant with nuts, fried cheese- you'll lick your fingers!!! Pizza 4 cheeses-there is nothing tastier! Yes, the whole menu is very tasty! Made professionally and with love! I recommend it to everyone!!!

We were here on July 10, 2023 with a friend and daughter just after the flood that struck the Gagra district on the 9th. Due to the lack of light at our campsite, we had to come here. Since we were not alone without lights, we had to wait at least an hour, the waitresses were clearly not ready for such an influx of troglodytes. We ordered beans, eggplant with nuts and khachapuri, where to go without it. Khachapuri here is the best of those that I had to try in New Athos and Gagra. Lots of cheese, sooo delicious. The owner of the cafe, who resembles the pirate John Silver, said to our delight: "Well, of course, I have real cheese, homemade!" The eggplant was brought without nuts at all, but with cheese and, possibly, mayonnaise inside. It's lucky that I didn't share them with anyone. At night, the abdominal pain was increasing. At 4 a.m., I courageously vomited into the trash, by lunch the temperature rose to 38.5. But my daughter and friend were cheerful and cheerful, which is why I think that the cafe is quite worthy of attention. It's just not worth eating eggplant)

I really want when you come to the cafe with little kids, they didn't cheat.
They asked what you can offer for children that is not spicy, not very fatty, except for noodle soup, which is a little boring. We were offered pepperoni pizza (it's usually spicy), but we were assured that they didn't have it at all spicy and delicious beef stroganoff with mashed potatoes, praised so we took it.
As a result, the children were left hungry, since mashed beef stroganoff is completely inedible (a small portion cost 500 rubles), and the pizza is very spicy.
I definitely do not recommend it

They advised us to go to the dining room. When asked what this dish is, the resemblance to a "woman" spread out in an armchair said that "she will not cook and that we get out." We did not stoop to her level and start verbal barking, but we made a good conclusion: it became clear why there were no visitors there, unlike other establishments.

It felt like we were talking to aunts at the market. Tables on the street by the road: you sit and sniff gasoline. Now the food: mussels in cheese for 500 rubles, 10-11 pieces are served everywhere at this price, 5 were served here!!! They save money and do not report. Khachapuri in royal style is an unpeeled flatbread for 50 rubles with a pinch of suluguni, you don't feel cheese at all. There should be a double portion of cheese in khachapuri royally. To the question of how many mussels in a serving they yelled at me, you start eating and don't ask questions like. Deception, rudeness, tasteless and spoiled mood for 1100 rubles. In principle, they did not leave 100 rubles for the service. If you want to save your nerves, your wallet and not be disappointed in how a normal khachapuri is prepared, then NEVER come here. The rating of the cafe db is not higher than 1 star. They didn't want to pay at all, but they still paid without "service", taking, as it turned out, a creepy pseudo"khachapur" for 500 and 5 pieces of mussels for 500. It's a shithole. It was a rainy day and my family and I went in to hide from the rain, we usually ate at a yummy nearby. We wanted to take just coffee first and decided to check with the waitress about the size, she replied with such disdain, but we decided not to spoil our day too much and just ignored it, but after ordering we decided to wait at the bar for our coffee, to which she snorted at us that as soon as our turn came she would take care of us ( there was another family in the cafe besides us).
We sat down to wait for our coffee and decided, since it was raining so hard, it was worth eating pizza.
By the way, we were given coffee in 15 minutes and all 6 glasses were different in strength and saturation, but it didn't matter, but a misfortune happened to the pizza, it burned down, which we were informed about 10 minutes later and the hostess (by the way, a very nice and pleasant woman) asked us to wait a little longer. We agreed and what was our surprise when they brought us a small overcooked pizza and there were only 5 pepperoni wheels in the filling😢
Well, in general, we did not like the service and pizza, but other items on the menu are better)

We wanted to have a snack and go to the sea, but then a young woman jumped out of the door of this wonderful cafe, and asked in a very defiant tone how long we were standing here. The time was about 15.30. I replied that for about 2 hours, although it is a street, I can stand as long as I want. To which this person began to yell that it was too long, she had a banquet, and began to demand that we remove the car. My wife was confused, asked where it says that this is their territory, and why we can't leave the car here. I don't care where you move it, this woman screamed. I didn't argue, and we left. My wife was crying in the car afterwards, we have never seen such harsh rudeness, I can imagine how she communicates with clients. Special signs. The blonde is of medium height, speaks defiantly, glares maliciously with her eyes. WE STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! :(

OK. My wife ordered a Caesar salad, fresh leaves were put on top, and spoiled bitter ones with black spots on the bottom. They called the waitress and showed her. As a result, after the question "what is this?" she began to gesticulate and wave her hands (which amused me personally) And these phrases are "we don't have an elite restaurant here, or "these are the suppliers who carry such products. The waitress also said that the salad should have been mixed immediately))) like there's nothing to look at him.
As a result, the first cafe in which we met this, guys, do not go there, we highly recommend it

The new owners of the cafe found out this, it used to be better, we left a tip on top of the bill for their health.
