There are no questions for the cook, it was cooked delicious, they took beef, pork ribs, fried cheese (smoked cheese is fried here, for me it would be better to have a young white one, it's juicier), wings on the grill, a boat, pizza, everything is delicious. We drank chacha, it was very strong, they brought us ice and we diluted it with ice, it turned out about 40 degrees. Now about the sad thing, the administrator is a lush woman who looks like Baba yaga, she snapped at our request to turn on music in the background so as not to hear the neighbors' conversation, like we did not promise music, and when they asked for the bill, they immediately removed everything from the table, including what they had not eaten and had not finished. Bottom line: the cook is 5, the location and view are 5, the service is bad, the prices are 2 times higher than the average in the hospital, so when you pay you hope for good service, but they spoil your mood. We won't go there anymore.

A wonderful place!
We walked here from the very Monashen Gorge, it was interesting to visit the Pitsunda restaurant, and our expectations were justified!
Beautiful view, courteous staff, excellent service, delicious cuisine and quite affordable prices!
The most delicious fish and khachapuri in Adjarian style!
Trout baked with shrimp, soft khachapuri with creamy toffee cheese and cold freshly squeezed orange juice, and all this on a clean pebble beach with clear blue water ...

I don't know where these reviews come from, the place is good only in terms of interior and location. The staff is unskilled. Kitchen for 3-. I ordered vats brought with bones, salad with vinegar, pizza margarita with some kind of Dechman cheese, the Abkhazian hodgepodge is the worst that we have tried in two weeks in Abkhazia, the prices are the highest in this place and this money is definitely not worth it.

It's a terrible place, the service is completely ruined. The waiters are not polite, the wait time for the waiter with the menu is AT LEAST 20 minutes. They wanted to order an omelet at 12:05, they came, they refused to cook it for us, because the order was made after 12. Last year there was exactly the same story, we waited for fries for 50 minutes.
I leave one star for the beautiful views from the terrace and the convenient location

The restaurant "Amshyn" (Pitsunda) was featured on the 1st channel of Russian TV in the program "Chefs on wheels" and received positive feedback from the chefs, so it was interesting for us to visit this restaurant and try dishes from its menu. To put it in a nutshell about the result of our visit: complete disappointment. The taste qualities of the dishes that we tried turned out to be at the level of ordinary cafes, of which there are a great many in Abkhazia. The serving of the dishes is simple and unpretentious. The service is fast enough and error-free, but without "unnecessary movements" (the waitress did not come up to us once again to ask if there was any need to bring / take away anything). Now about the dishes themselves. We also ordered those that the chefs tasted on TV: pumpkin soup with shrimp and flounder (well-cooked, but unremarkable – as everywhere else); in addition, we took risotto with seafood and okroshka on kefir (risotto in consistency - porridge, okroshka with a strange kefir – obviously not a restaurant the level and spices didn't fix it). There is no point in comparing the Amshyn restaurant with the level of the best restaurants in New Athos or Sukhum, because Amshyn is two levels lower in all respects.
There is no desire to return to the Amshyn restaurant again.

We went to this restaurant all week while we were vacationing in Pitsunda. I don't understand why many people write that the prices are too high. If you live in a big city, for example, in St. Petersburg and Moscow, then you will not find such prices anywhere except in canteens. We sat on a verandah at sunset and watched dolphins. We ordered eggplant rolls and served them filled with butter. Ajapsandal - they opened a canned billet with a lot of oil and brought it. The only thing about the vats was delicious - the mutton was cooked decently.Khachapur was not impressed . I ate much tastier in Gags. There are a lot of drinks and a varied menu, but the smoothie glasses are just disgusting and infuriate me with their appearance. Oh coffee, the coffee here is not bad, especially moccachino and cappuccino, but Raf cheese coffee is just disgusting!!!! Delicious risoto, good khachipuri. After the torrential rain on the veranda, the cushions for the chairs were wet. And no one warned about it. We realized this after 10 minutes of sitting on chairs, when, I'm sorry, everyone was wet through their jackets. Deciding not to spoil their mood, they turned this incident into a joke and changed the chairs themselves, borrowing them from the next table, which was free and located under the canopy. Then the guests came up, and again, not a single waiter warned that the seats were wet, we had to shout from the edge of the veranda so that the guests were careful. The waiters' faces were frozen, saying it was none of their business what the customers would sit on. Then, after receiving our dishes, we informed the waitress that we had forgotten to order pita bread for the soup, and asked her to bring it as soon as possible, since the soup had already been served. The waiter pretended to remember our request and left. Honestly, we waited for 10 minutes, but the pita bread was never brought, and we had to eat soup without it, joking among ourselves, which is more useful for the figure. One waitress took the order, another brought the bill, and the lavash was not included in the bill, that is, they did not even transmit information about it that we ordered it. It is important to note that the occupancy rate of the restaurant was 15-20 percent. What will happen in the season? Urgently all waiters for an internship, and preferably in a fast-food cafe like a Burger King, and it does not hurt to study the rules of etiquette when working with visitors. And the saddest thing is that after all, working with people should be from the heart, and if the waiter already comes to work in the morning like hard labor and looks at customers with disdain, then probably it is not worth taking such people to this job.

Having stopped in Pitsunda in search of beauty, etc. (not found), I decided to look for a place to eat. I found a pestle with a rating of 4.7. It looks really good, everything is with it. Even a slightly pretentious strange hostess in the Gothic style, a kilogram under 120, smoking a cigarette through a long mouthpiece (Looks very stylish :)) did not scare.
I ordered red borscht, amgyal and Abjaz meat...
the borscht turned out to be very red and looked like tomatoes. Rather, a vegetable stew with a piece of sports beef, which was difficult to bite off.I'm already silent about chewing... Amgyal in the photo on the Internet looks promising, but in fact turned out to be the most dry tortilla made of corn dough with cheese. To somehow eat it, you need liters of vodka.
The meat was also not cut due to the hardness of the beef... It was necessary to go to Adler for a Georgian barbecue, which is being taken away from the gods...

The price is actually at the level of +20/25%% of local canteens and cafes, while the execution of dishes is still much more pleasant.
All the dishes that were taken - everyone liked them, there are no questions about them at all.
You have to catch the waiters and order and then run to pay off, or sit for 30 minutes and wait quietly, then decide for yourself how comfortable it is in the restaurant.
