We had a rest in September, solid advantages. The room is clean, comfortable, nothing superfluous. You live by the sea, and that's the main thing. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, but we had dinner at the cafe of the neighboring guest house, a great place. There are a couple more cafes and a shop nearby. The beach is pebbly, but the bottom of the sea is sandy and gentle. The hostess of the Salima guest house is a very pleasant person to talk to. Gudauta and New Athos are nearby. There is one wish, but this is purely my personal opinion, you can add green spaces in front of the guest house, you can even on terraces, in pots, the view will be even better and more interesting. In general, you will not regret coming.

Super!!! We had a rest in September 2024. We booked 2 rooms with friends. The rooms are new and clean. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer. The sea is "at the feet". The first 2 days we got from the hotel to the sea in 2 seconds, then we relaxed in 5))) There are always free sun beds, and taking into account its summer kitchen at arm's length from the sea-every morning coffee at sea!!! Cleaning every 3-4 days, snow-white linen, towels too, so it's better to bring a towel to the beach with you or buy it there (we would not raise our hand to take such a thing on a chaise longue). The veranda is the only reason we will come back! The sunsets and sunrises are amazing! There is a washing machine, a ironing machine with an iron and a clean summer kitchen on site. The hosts are tactful and responsive. During the rest, a tooth ached, Salima advised dentistry, made an appointment, and organized a taxi. There are 2 cafes nearby (MMM and Villa Riggio -darted between them, because both the service and the food are on fire!!! Alinochka, Naira, Dasha-thank you!!!A special thanks to the owner of the cafe MMM-treated like relatives, treated like friends!!!+2kg for a vacation, but there was nothing we could do))) All the friends who were vacationing on the Black Sea coast at that time found out what rotovirus was, but we ate / drank / did not know the troubles! Who is for a quiet, relaxing holiday- here you are!!!

I liked everything very much. A clean, bright room on the second floor. Fresh renovation, new furniture, serviceable appliances. Air conditioning, refrigerator. The view is amazing. Kitchen, barbecue, sun beds. Few people. There are 2 cafes nearby. Separately, I would like to leave a review about the cafe at the Primorskoye Villa. A very high level. Shops, like in the USSR, but within walking distance. Beautiful nature all around. The beach is pebbly, sandy in the water. The legs are very comfortable.

Cool, the sea is 30 steps away. For guests without any special claims, it's great! As usual, there is its own kitchen, there is a cafe nearby. For a relaxing holiday.

An excellent mini-hotel, we were there at the end of June, there are very few people on the beach, the rooms are new, everything is clean and cozy, there is a kitchen where you can cook yourself, there is also a cafe nearby, we went there for two days in the evenings used a barbecue, burned bonfires on the beach, rested great!!!

I had a rest in October - I agree with the previous positive reviews. The photos correspond to reality. I will only add that we should not forget about the possible rare power outage throughout Abkhazia - which means there is no water, food, heating, cooling, WiFi. There was a malfunction in the storm, the owner (as I understood) connected the battery from the car - it was a rescue)) There will be an opportunity - I will come again - to reboot

The best place on earth!!! The hostess is a separate love!!! Everything is clean, the furniture is new!!! Peace and quiet! We will definitely return in the year 25!!!!

I took two stars for a terrible bathroom!
The bathroom is the pain of our stay in this hotel!
The constant stench from the sink, which the manager treated by pouring soda and pouring vinegar. It helped until the first hand wash, then the stench returned.
And the second pain is the lack of a side in the shower stall! As soon as I went into the shower to wash, the water flows all over the room, and after visiting the shower I had to constantly wipe the floors in the entire bathroom!
And so in general the hotel is good. On the seashore, the repair is fresh and good, the linen is new and clean.
There is a small shared kitchen with dishes.
