I thought that all Korona shopping centers have the same Amsterdam cafe. But it turned out. Which is not. There are similar canteens, with appropriate prices and dishes. And there are those close to the cafe. This is exactly what applies to the cafe, the prices are of course higher, but the dishes are also appropriate. The pizza was cooked very quickly, 15-20 minutes, non-alcoholic beer was available, although there was none in other Amsterdam. Good service, and a cozy atmosphere.

We were at this cafe on September 29, 2024. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I think I need to write here. The place looks like a dining room. It's dark and cold. Faceless tables and sofas standing in rows. Among the advantages - there is no smell of food, music, nimble waiters, there are secluded booths (only 2). Of course, if you came to celebrate something, then maybe food will do with wine. But we went to have lunch with the family. I've never been here before, we live in another area. And here is a complete disappointment . We ordered borscht with croutons with lard and pancakes with sour cream, a hodgepodge, a "pot" and a "frying pan". My order is the first couple of dishes. Borscht is probably made from canned beetroot, because the taste was sour, and the color of the borscht is not beetroot, but gray-brown. And the main disappointment was that instead of croutons, triangles of fresh rye bread with smeared lard were served. The waiter explained that "this is how it should be, we just warm up the bread." No, they were pieces of ordinary rye soft (thanks for that) bread, alas. There is nothing to say about draniki at all: these are not pancakes, but handmade potato biscuits fried in butter. They were so thin that it was impossible to prick them with a fork. There were three of them in total, with a diameter of about 8 cm. But what about the claimed 150 grams? They were almost transparent on such a huge white plate. For the first time I ate such "Draniki". The cook needs to visit an Irish pub (in Borisov it is), that's where real pancakes are cooked. Guys, if this is a cafe, then everything should be like in a cafe!!! I think I'll come back sometime in six months or a year to find out what has changed....

We visited this institution today 05/20/2024, right from the opening, the institution was empty, pleasant music was playing, polite staff, clean tables and dishes! The serving time of the first course is 7-10 minutes, soup (solyanka), pancakes and peas were ordered, the soup is excellent 10/10, a lot of meat filling, rich broth, the combination is good ! Pancakes with sour cream 7/10, but you can eat, just crispy, a pot of 8/10 I didn't have enough salt, but you can eat, sausages and mushrooms were not spared, the impressions were pleasant!

I would like to note that borscht is clearly prepared from canned beetroot, which gives a sour taste. The second point is, either I'm a fool, or my skis are not going, but I clearly have a different understanding of shrimp. In the photo, the shrimp are visible on the edge of the plate.
It's hard to even call it shrimp. Also, I want to note that the noodles were overcooked, which spoiled the impression of the dish.

The last time I visited this institution was in 2020. The impression of the food was terrible. I love meat, but there are big problems with meat in Amsterdam. I ordered a pork steak. A tasteless piece was brought, most of which consisted of lard. I gave up on this institution, but 4 years later in 2024 I gave it another chance)) And in vain, nothing has changed. The kitchen was disgusting and remained so. This time I ordered beef.
The portions are small. They brought two round stones, about 4 centimeters in diameter. The meat was of poor quality, almost everything was in the veins. It tastes tasteless. There were also rustic potatoes attached to the dish, from which sunflower oil flowed, there was so much oil in the plate that after collecting it, one could fry another portion. Well, the vegetables should have been grilled. As it turned out, they mean three centimeter pieces of bell pepper😁 And the salad) there was just a taste of a dechman ointment. But the strudel turned out to be delicious. If I give you another chance, then obviously again in four years. The guys working there definitely need to go on an excursion to a dogma or an Irish pub to understand what level of food there is in the city.

You can order pizza at the cafe and takeaway. As for pizza, in my opinion, Amsterdam is one of the best in Borisov.

I stopped by with my family on 07/16/2023 at the Amsterdam cafe in Borisov. I was "pleasantly" surprised by the level of service. The utensils - forks, spoons and plates are dirty! The waiter confirmed that there are problems with washing dishes, but this does not make it easier for me and it is very unpleasant to see poorly washed dishes. By order: the mushroom cream soup contained unpeeled onions; the Caesar salad had stale, yellow and bitter Peking cabbage leaves, in addition, the salad did not look like its money at all in terms of portion size. However, there are no complaints about the waiters. The place has an unpleasant smell of a cheap dining room. To put it mildly, the service does not reach the level of a good cafe. I advise you to avoid this place.
