A wonderful place! It offers a gorgeous view of the city, courteous staff and very tasty food, and the prices are very low for such a restaurant.
As soon as we entered, the administrator immediately met us, they immediately sat us down , gave us a menu, drinks were served immediately after ordering, the main dishes were ready in a minute+-10-15 minutes , dessert is also in 10 minutes , dirty dishes are immediately cleaned. It's a good place! Gorgeous view from the window (sit on the sofas) I liked the service and the food. The lunch menu was prepared quickly. There is a lot of space inside for organizing events. I recommend it!

The atmosphere is pleasant, the view is gorgeous, although the prices are small, but the food is about nothing, the service is stuck somewhere at the same level, my friends and I did not like anything we ate (duck, borscht, cabbage soup, pork, beef tartare), and the waiter did not even think to ask how the food was, they left they are dissatisfied and there can be no question of any tips
