The steak is dried (dry, not juicy and not tasty), the seafood salad actually consists of greens interspersed with seafood, etc. Family of 4 people (2 children) the receipt is 250 rubles. Amsterdam has gone bad. Previously, the whole family looked in. The last visit crossed everything out. To begin with, we had to call from different rooms for two days to book a table. When visiting, we came across dissatisfied waiters. There were rubber shrimps in Caesar, the borscht was mushy, the sponge was sour, the pasta with seafood had to wait the longest, around an hour. Ironically, the thing that was carried the longest was the first to say goodbye to us. Food poisoning is such a souvenir. When calculating, we waited 20 minutes for the change, and when contacting the bar, they could not find our money for a very long time. The aftertaste of the visit remained indelible.

We were in Amsterdam for the sister's anniversary on 03/17.23. I want to express my gratitude to the service staff of our celebration. Everything was decent, professional, and high-quality. Special thanks for the kitchen. The perfect table setting and excellent quality of the dishes (for both adults and children) left positive emotions for all our guests. Even the tears of the child for the ball that flew away did not go unnoticed by the staff. They came out with a sliding ladder and took out a balloon. But by nature I like to criticize, so I immediately criticize: my favorite dish "broccoli cream soup" disappeared from the menu, I recently took berry grog, it tasted terribly of alcohol, although alcohol was not felt at all before, the choice on the menu seems to be large, but if a person has some serious dietary restrictions Then there are not many positions left. In general, the quality of cooking in the institution has deteriorated recently, but I hope everything will get better soon.
I will return to the positive: anyway, the Amsterdam restaurant is worth a visit, it is very cozy, beautiful, you can have a great rest and relax alone, with friends or family.

I didn't like the attitude of the staff at all. The girls wanted to book a place earlier on March 7, but we were told that an advance payment was needed. We refused because there was no time to go, but within an hour they called us back and said they would come to meet us. We came. In order to have your own alcohol, you had to make an order for 70 rubles per person. While we ordered a salad and hot food, we have already been shown that there is no amount for our alcohol, although we are not leaving yet. Their hall was generally empty. A maximum of 3 tables were occupied. The background music was barely audible, they asked to make it louder, we were refused because it could interfere with the rest, although the room was empty!!!. No live music...We were bored and wanted to sleep. During the conversation, we missed time and when it was already 23.00, the administrator came to us and announced that they were already closed!!!
No one warned us at least 30-15 minutes in advance. Horror. The impression is not very good.

There is no sauce as such, just minced meat, the pasta is boiled without salt - tasteless, and the question is why cheese was added to the pasta from above and to make it melt, the pasta was put in the microwave and because of which the pasta was simply turned into some kind of disgusting pulp and also tasteless. What for? It is possible to decorate any dish with a large amount of greenberries, as was fashionable in the USSR, apparently. Tar tar, too, do not risk ordering there will be huge pieces of pepper and cucumber that will stand out significantly against the background of meat. I think that chefs need to undergo some kind of retraining, because apparently they passed her last oasis in the last century, because they no longer cook anywhere else.

After them, there already seems to be too much food) Excellent waiters, as in most restaurants in Minsk)
On the negative side, I was surprised that there is a smoking room. We were sure that they had not smoked in Minsk restaurants for a long time. Because they were in the daytime, there were not many smokers there, but the halls were divided purely conditionally, if they smoked there, the smell would be everywhere.
In general, if you want to eat and do not want to go to the canteens on the food court, then it is quite an acceptable option.
