The excursions are very interesting and informative. The quality of the hotel is at the highest level. The provided transport is comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend this company. My mother was going on a trip to Armenia, we were worried because this was her first trip to the country, and therefore we organized a trip through a tour agency. Amtrel was advised by our friends.
Which I really liked:
1. Punctuality - the staff did not disappear into the sunset (alas, there was such an experience), they were constantly in touch.
2. Sincerity - mom was met at the airport, helped with checking into the hotel, "supported" at every stage. We reported that mom had arrived, because her phone went out. :)
3. Honesty - there was no unpleasant feeling that they were trying to deceive us, sell something at exorbitant prices, etc. The prices are quite adequate.
4. The fullness of the program - mom ate gatu, and tried cognac at the cognac factory, and walked around Yerevan - she was delighted.
In general, thank you very much for such a warm welcome! We will come to you again.
