It's probably the worst airline ever. Flight VF275. At first, the departure was changed from morning to evening, but that's okay. But the most amazing thing is that the plane that was supposed to fly from Istanbul to Moscow, Vnukovo, landed in St. Petersburg. All the passengers expected that they would explain something, what to do next, etc., maybe arrange a transfer to the final destination - but no. The passengers were simply thrown off the plane and said goodbye with a smile. At the airport, they tried to get information at the airline's counter, but there were no employees there. And as a result, the airline simply abandoned the passengers in another city, no transfer, no compensation, nothing. Failure to deliver to the destination is simply a failure to fulfill the duties of transportation.

The impression is ambivalent. Not a bad plane. A small Boeing. I was flying on vacation. A well-coordinated team of stewards. Food. Water. Sandwich. Tea. Coffee. Considering that this is a charter, it's quite good. Everything is at a good international level. I was disappointed by the eight-hour delay on the way back. This is the first time in twenty years of flights to Turkey. Perhaps due to certain circumstances. But it's exhausting. In general, I probably recommend it. A high-quality carrier.

We flew with a Moscow-Antalya tour package and back on 05/28/2024-05/08/2024, Vnukovo departure without delays, everything is clearly on schedule, this is an economy option for Turkish airlines, the departure was also without time shifts, the flight was 4.30, there is food on board, but a modest bun, drinks-tea, coffee, juice, water, flight attendants do not say in Russian, but some words are understood, the plane is small, but for the sake of the sea you can be patient. The unpleasant moment is that there is no check-in for the flight, only one check-in desk was working at Antalya airport, the cherished boarding passes were waiting for 1.30. They are planted in different places, it is also not comfortable.
