We arrived a little late, 1.5 hours before closing, the evil receptionist greeted us unkindly and started forcing us to buy dishes from the kitchen, we wouldn't even have time to eat it, refused to serve us at the bar, the guard came up and asked us to leave the room. There were guests from Germany and it turned out that such an attitude was very uncomfortable in front of them. It's an incomprehensible policy, of course, to lose any money for the sake of an incomprehensible and illogical principle. I consider such rules inappropriate, so increase your level of service. DJ Slava is doing a great job. And the cuisine is delicious, but such moments spoil the whole impression.

Karaoke as a karaoke room, it consists of 2 parts, one of which has speakers for music. Accordingly, it is very loud there. There is no dressing room as such, just a closet in the corner and hangers. And there's a smoking room nearby, not very convenient. Things smelled. Also, no one looks after the clients' belongings.
