Positive:
- cleaning service every day
- everything you need in the room (water, tea (delicious), coffee, hairdryer)
- fruit as a greeting
- relatively clean
- varied and quite tasty food. Compared to other hotels on the island, it is very good
- towels are changed on request
- large, nice pool
- there are chipmunks, monitor lizards, and geckos on the territory of the hotel

- we haven't changed the bed linen in a week
- it's not customary to give change, so what you give away will go away as a tip
- you can't swim in the ocean, there are big waves.
- there is an unpleasant smell from the bay, but only if you walk there, in general it does not bother
There was also an incident with us. Breakfast/dinner meals do not include drinks. They register orders very strangely. So before we left, they tried to assign someone else's order, but we signed a piece of paper that the order was not ours and left. Other guests probably got the wrong number when ordering.
An excellent hotel with a large well-maintained territory, two swimming pools with sun beds and towels, a beach, several restaurants, wonderful cuisine (a good range of dishes and desserts), courteous staff, prompt check-in, spacious rooms with a good bed, hot water without interruptions, stable wifi, coffee machine in the room, bathrobe and toiletries, excellent service, the only drawback: it's a long way to go on the main excursions. It is better to buy a SIM card at the airport and call a taxi through the pik-mi application, the hotel has an agreement to call a tuk-tuk through a Santa driver - I do not recommend it, you will be lucky to find places with exorbitant prices or even without fixed prices. Bargain and choose the places yourself where to go shopping, excursions through it are also more expensive.

In my opinion, one of the best in Sri Lanka. The service, the cleanliness of the rooms, the territory - everything is fine. When the photos correspond to reality.
Spacious rooms with bathroom and dressing room, cleaning service 2 times a day, good Swedish line, seafood, crabs, shrimps. Italian is not bad, but keep in mind that everywhere, if you order something, they add % for service and tax to each bill, and this is exactly the theme of the hotel, and as a result, the bill from 10,000 local rupees turns into 15
Kanishka is just a top manager and our love! Solves all issues instantly and easily, he has a good Russian language, so you can safely explain what you need. I can't even list what he did for us: he solved some little things, and other requests, we were delighted and even missed him when he went on vacation for a week.
The hotel is highly recommended. This is something that will help you not spoil the impression of your vacation when you leave the hotel.
