The service is excellent (the owner of the establishment, Andrey, impressed with his attentiveness and hospitality): the staff is polite, attentive, ready to help with the selection and tell you about the dishes. I visited the restaurant at the end of March. The name of the restaurant translates very interestingly - cucumber. The interior of the restaurant is made based on the motives of Abkhazia. There are dishes of both national and European cuisine. I ordered kharcho soup, khinkali with spinach and cheese, a boat with pear and dor blue cheese, arashikh with eggplant, hashlama soup. The dishes turned out to be just incredibly delicious. There is a beef breast in soups and, I'll tell you how it is, it melts in your mouth 🤤

Pleasant decoration, cool location, apparently, a popular place, during my stay (evening, 21-22 pm) someone's anniversary was taking place, companies were sitting at several more tables. I ordered a beer, it was delicious. I ordered khinkali, the serving was as it should be, after 20 minutes, they brought it, but cold. I asked to do it again, saying that I would like to eat fresh, freshly cooked ones (if you come here, specify which ones you need). They brought me a new portion, hot. I asked for an invoice, specifying whether I could not pay for the service fee specified in the invoice. The answer was that if I have a financial problem (there is none), then they are ready to treat me. So, in addition to the incomprehensible motivation to slip a stale product, there was an attempt to indirectly accuse me of insolvency, and make it clear to me that since I "have no money", they missed the "Claim" and are ready to agree to feed me for free.
Strange. And it is not clear why this was done.
Conclusion. The beer is good, the khinkali from the second batch were also delicious, but the service approach raises questions.

We chose the Anasha restaurant for dinner, focusing on the high rating and good reviews. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be extremely negative, and it seems that the restaurant's rating is clearly overestimated.
Service:
At first we were met by a girl of 12-13 years old, who performed the role of a hostess or a busboy. This caused surprise, because you expect a professional approach from a highly rated restaurant. Then the owner himself came up to us and accepted the order, which also looked strange considering the number of positions we had chosen.
Order:
We ordered several dishes, including mussels, khinkali with cheese, stewed ribs, cheesecake, Abkhazian salad, salad with crispy eggplant and beef tartare.
The quality of the dishes:
- **Salad with crispy eggplant:** There were no crispy eggplants, as stated in the name. Instead, they brought us half a tomato with onions, drizzled with olive oil, and eggplant fried to a hard crust. It was simply impossible to eat this dish.
- **Abkhazian salad:** Ordinary pieces of tomato and cucumber with herbs that are not the first freshness. The dish is completely devoid of taste and any interesting combination of ingredients.
- **Khinkali with cheese:** The ordered khinkali were not brought to us, but they were in the receipt.
- **Stewed ribs:** Very tough, so much so that we couldn't even eat them. The meat was literally welded to the bone, and this position also turned out to be uneatable.
- **Cheesecake:** It can't even be called a cheesecake, as the dish looks more like a cottage cheese casserole. There was no shortbread dough typical for cheesecakes, as well as a creamy taste.
**Receipt and invoice:**
When the bill was brought, the amount was 7,000 rubles, which is a pretty high price for Abkhazia. We found several items in the receipt that were not even on our table. The water was counted twice, and the very Khinkali that were never taken out to us were also included in the receipt.
**General impressions:**
A complete disappointment. The place absolutely does not match its rating, and it seems that the reviews about it are clearly bought. There are no basic hygiene products in the toilet. At the next table, the man also complained about the long wait and the tasteless dish.

0 people also arrived empty, they thought strangely, but come on, they took out the breakfast and drink menu, did not find khinkali, called the waiter (she is the bartender, the administrator and the hostess in one person), they explained to us that there is no main menu until 11 - only breakfasts. At first we wanted to leave, but then we thought okay, let's try what kind of place it is, we ordered scramble with fish, ana'sha combo breakfast, ice cocoa and lemonade, scramble was just an omelette, and fish is 3 pieces with film, ana'sha combo is not bad, cocoa was warm with floating pieces of cocoa, pomegranate lemonade Normas. For dessert, we also ordered cheesecakes, this is the only thing that was really delicious.
As a result, they asked for an invoice and then the most interesting thing begins. As usual, they take out an invoice with + 10% tips (common practice), there is a sign on the table with payment, they say you pay via qr by any bank / payment system and at the bottom there is an instruction on how to do this, we do everything, 2% climbs out from above, we think well, God be with him (already for a minute +12.2% of what you you expect from the price on the menu), we pay and wait for the waiter to show the receipt, she comes up, we show her, asks where the full name is, we say that the IP is written so and so. He says you paid the wrong way, I ask why this sign, he begins to explain that there is another leaf on the other side for it to be paid (I attach this sign as it stands on all tables", in general, the divorce begins, calls from the manager, on the phone confirm that we paid the wrong way, they say it is necessary to decide, now pay on the other side or in cash, and you will return that money later in the bank, we say naturally that we are not going to pay another 2400 rubles, they say it is necessary. We ask you to call the police to solve everything according to the law, I manage to grab this sign from the waitress's hands and put it in the same place to take a picture. And what do you think? After that, the manager immediately calls back and says that all the money has come to the right place. They just bred it. Take care of your nerves and money, go to any place nearby (we were there in each one), everything is much tastier.
