I went to this salon for 4 years. It is located next to the house. Everything was always great, Master Madina was Great! Now they have changed all the masters. Disgusting service, no customer orientation.
I signed up my daughter for a build-up, she came in tears, the master did everything crookedly, the length of the nails on all fingers is different (I can send photos and videos on request, or you will find them in other reviews, I will definitely publish everywhere). My daughter is 17 years old, she couldn't just tell an adult how to do it.
After long proceedings, they offered to redo it in the coming days or remove all coverage and refund the money. She did not dare to redo her daughter with them, decided not to take risks and go to the master where she always did before. The next day there was no time to come up, the next day they could not do it themselves, the masters said there was no such thing and she could not come for this, they postponed it for another day.
And a day later they just said that you've already been fucking wearing their nails for two whole days!!!! and we are not going to redo or return anything to you!
The last time I did a manicure and pedicure in that salon was with a young master Natalia, 5 days before the incident with my daughter. My nails were also uneven, + bumps, but I didn't say anything, because I knew that I was not going to a professional, trial and at a discount.
Gulzhan immediately signed up her daughter for a "good master", at a price of 8000 tenge, the administrator Claimed that she was a pro and would do everything perfectly. Alas!
By the way, the money was always paid to them past the cash register, no checks were given for 4 years, and for the service rendered to the daughter they transferred to some private number Caspian.
Money thrown away. I had to go to another salon for removal and alteration at my own expense.
Girls, if you don't want to waste time and nerves, I don't recommend it.
Don't set foot there anymore! I found a great studio, although it's a long way to go, but you feel welcome there.
And to you, dear Anastasia Barskaya, I wish you to learn to love and listen to customers, before everyone is lost in the pursuit of money.
