For the first time I had to use medical insurance on vacation. She was admitted to the hospital in the afternoon with a comminuted fracture of the collarbone (she was injured in the water park of the Crystal prestige elite hotel). She was assigned to a single room on the 3rd floor-very nice, shower and toilet in the room. The next day, an operation was performed. She was discharged a day after the operation. The seam was made neat inside, the collarbone was assembled with metal construction. I got my foot in a puddle, woke up, realized that my hand was no longer mine, did not move and had more than a strange shape in the elbow joint. I asked to call an ambulance right away, because I was sure that it was a fracture (at least I had such painful sensations for the first time). After 5-10 minutes I was in the ambulance, after another 15 minutes they brought me to the Kemer hospital, they X-rayed me, the doctor came, he was glad that there were no fractures. And then either two or three strong men "just came to look." Having a secondary medical education, I realized what was going on, so it was sooo painful, of course, and I screamed loudly ... for about five seconds. And immediately the elbow returned to its place. It was a dislocation, as I understood it, quite difficult, the joint was clearly knocked out - the arm was like a broken doll. Five minutes later, I changed on my own, and a taxi was called back to the hotel. They recommended painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs (but I didn't even drink them, even though I had them with me - I didn't feel like I needed them). I was given a "scarf"-a hand retainer, but I also almost don't wear it for the second day. Yes, there is swelling and restriction of arm movement, but if you remember how I arrived at the hospital, morally burying half of the rest, and assuming a cast, it turns out that I was returned from the other world.
Of course, there are some wishes in transporting such patients: for some reason, they did not put a fixing splint on me in the ambulance, and I literally carried the injured arm with my other hand, and it was very painful on the turns on the trip. And in the hospital itself, everything happened so instantly that I didn't even have time to look around and assess the size of the building and other things.…
Thanks to the kind and competent doctors, I am planning to dive into the warm outdoor pool of the Akka Athendon hotel again soon. And now I will try not to run barefoot, now I understand how quickly everything can change in one second!

We got to this place on 04.10.12 with sore throat.
On the transfer provided by the clinic, we were taken for a ride with a boy with symptoms of chickenpox (the doctor confirmed the chickenpox)
And put in a ward with a child who clearly had rotovirus (the child vomited a fountain and had reactive liquid stools).
We argued with the staff for half an hour with a child in our arms that we should not lie in the same room with such a person.
To which we were told that we were not doctors to diagnose another child.
05.10.22 in the evening, our child started vomiting and loose stools.
From 06.10.22 to the present (08.10.22), the child is on a drip in the hospital, with the prospect of discharge tomorrow.
When asked if mom needs to take preventive measures to avoid getting infected, they said that rotovirus is not an adult disease.
08.10.22 at 14.00 my mother has a fever and her stomach is spinning.
Mom goes to the same clinic on insurance, pays the deductible.
They say they will not do a test for rotavirus, because there is no liquid stool.
They wrote out a prescription for 3 medications, 2 of which are paracetamol in various forms, and a throat spray.
08.10.22 at 16.00, loose stools are added to the symptoms. The clinic again demands to pay the deductible, because this is supposedly a different case.
