It's a disgusting hospital!! Female employees, especially Russian-speaking impudent Boors!! They are rude, insulting, lying, behaving abominably!! They sell insurance for huge amounts, impose unnecessary hospitalizations and the same blood tests, expensive with a one-day difference!! I was treated terribly in my last treatment!! I applied because of swelling from severe allergies . She asked me to get an allergy shot. Instead, they put the inhalation on for 20 minutes, it only made me feel a little better and an IV drip with medications that did not suit me, which immediately made me feel sick! They didn't pay attention to my complaints for a long time. Then they just agreed to turn it off so that I could go to the toilet. They didn't want to pull the catheter out of the vein for a long time, they were rude and forced expensive unnecessary overnight hospitalization!!!!! Just so I can get another IV in the morning, for what the hell !! It 's awfully simple !! I am shocked by this behavior! I will file a police report against them in Turkey!

I am shocked by the work of Anatolia Side Hospital! This "hospital" is engaged in outright deception, billing for services that they did not provide.
My child was teething, had a high fever, and they called an ambulance from the hotel reception. We were taken to this hospital, where we immediately realized that we could make money from anxious parents. After I refused paid hospitalization and wrote an official refusal, 5 months later they sent me a bill for tests that no one had done! Moreover, the hospital simply does not respond to my letters with questions, but instead sent my "debt" to a collection company so that money could be extracted from us.
The most important question is, where did they get my child's tests from if no procedures were performed? This is pure fraud! As a mother, I have no intention of letting this go unpunished and have already turned to lawyers. I am also ready to file a collective accusation against the activities of this pseudo-hospital.
Even the collectors who contacted me were shocked by their "work." Beware of this place if the health and safety of your family is important to you!

It's a disgusting clinic!!! The doctors obviously have purchased diplomas. They should be served tea on the street, not operated on.
I got into this one....... I went to the hospital by ambulance (I had an accident). The operation was done disgustingly. She received a disability in Russia. Russian doctors are shocked. 5 screws were driven into a healthy hip joint, thereby destroying it. The dislocation in the hip was not removed. They just shoved the iron in. Yes, more than that. I walked for a year on crutches. She still hasn't recovered. It's been almost 2 years. There was a fracture and torn tendons on the foot (on the fingers), they were not stitched. The fingers do not bend. The insurance was working.
I highly recommend that if something happens to you, fly home!!!!!! Arrange to be met at the Russian airport and taken to a Russian hospital!!!!!!
