The hotel is divided into zones (family, mixed, adult).The coast is rocky, so it is better to swim in the sea from the piers, there are several of them here. There is a beach with a sunset from the shore, with black sand, but we lived in the opposite wing and did not use it. We rested in early October, the water was slightly cool, but not cold, and we swam with pleasure. The hotel has its own water park, slides are designed for children and adults, there is a separate area for younger children. There is a decent entertainment program in the evening.
We are currently resting at the hotel on September 23-29, 2024. Pros: a large area is divided into zones, an excellent children's water park and an adult slide, the beach area is super, there are a lot of sun beds, you do not need to occupy at 6 am, the hotel opened in May, there are already shortcomings, but tolerable. Cons: the service is below the baseboard, on the third day the ind manager just connected, it's late; there are no tablecloths and large napkins under the plates in the restaurant, the tables are not washed, wiped with paper, the tables are sticky and dirty, wine and sparkling only Trotsky production, the best Majestic constantly needs to be begged. Vsop cognac and efes beer on tap disappeared on the third day of our arrival and were told not to return. We visited the fish restaurant a la carte, I do not share the enthusiasm: rubber octopus, guard service. If it weren't for Ruzgar, the hotel employee would have rated it 3* he somehow tried to brighten up our vacation. I attach a photo of him and recommend that the management make him a mentor to stupid waiters and other hotel employees. Of course, the hotel is new, you need to make allowances for errors, but the kitchen is mediocre, the service is also mediocre, the stairs on the pier are not made for people, you need to angle 45 degrees, and add a couple of steps. A great hotel, just recently opened. A large area, many pools, there is a pool with Maldivian sand and salt water. Cool water park, luna park. There is something to do for all guests. Those who came with children will be in the children's and common areas. There is also a 16+ zone where you cannot be with children. It has its own pool. This is a wonderful place! It's good here alone, it's good here together, it's good here with children! The level of service is simply on top! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! For families with children, they can provide everything you need, including diapers.
There is amazing cuisine in the buffet restaurant and 8 more a la carte restaurants. Everything is included in the price. And the mini bar too (replenished every day). All rooms have a sea view. There are entertainment programs every evening. And there is a whole amusement park for children. There is a water park (children under 8 years old can only ride with their parents).
And the most important and pleasant thing: the hotel is new, the territory is huge, only natural materials, stone, wood are used in the decoration. Absolutely a great, new, decent hotel. A huge, zoned, private beach with various options for entering the water! The rooms are large and beautiful. Lots of restaurants. Lunopark and a lot of things for a great holiday. At the time of July 2024, the price is very affordable, it will only rise further. Therefore, do not think about choosing this hotel while pricing is being restrained.

We rested for a week from July 28 to August 4, 2024. The hotel does not correspond to the declared class of 5 stars at all. Not a beach region, a bad sea-bay, near a city beach, where locals roast kebabs, set up tents, children scream. Travel agents are lying, selling holidays here at a high price. No comparison with other famous fives for this price. Cons: The beach is small, the beach is NOT served by waiters; there are NO fruits, snacks, ice cream on the beach; untidy appearance of the beach, sun beds are spontaneously and close, as on a public beach; lack of staff; no music at the adult pool; the beach is smaller than stated on the hotel's website; on the beach, a mixture of earth with dark sand, unpleasant. There is no open sea, a long narrow bay resembling a lake, with earthen shores instead of sand. This is not the place for a beach hotel! There is often wind on the beach, the water is muddy, the wave is sideways, the water is cold. No pleasure at all. We spent a wonderful week of rest at the hotel together with my husband, lived in the Adults zone. Before that, in June 2024, we had a rest in Regnum (I left my review earlier), when booking, the tour operator warned that we might not like the rest in Anda Barut after Regnum, but I want to say that we were completely delighted with this hotel: it only opened this year, but the management and staff are doing everything to make the guest feel great! Magnificent nature, beautiful views, gorgeous pools, sun beds, furniture in the hotel! The territory of the hotel is large, very well planned, there are many restaurants where you can have breakfast and lunch ala-carte (you do not need to sign up, for free) with a beautiful view of the sea and in an atmosphere of tranquility! You can also have dinner, both in the main restaurant and in all ala-maps, by pre-signing up through the app. A varied menu in all restaurants, high-quality food, all high-quality drinks, imported, restaurant service.
I would especially like to mention the hospitality and the desire to help Elvira from guest Communications in all matters! The only caveat is that I would recommend this hotel more for a vacation in the adults zone, we walked around the community and family zone- everything is much denser, I understand the reviews of people who lived there. There is no enthusiasm for sure, there are questions about the service and especially the beach, or rather its absence. Reviews not rated 5 match my position. For example, the rooms are good: modern, large and thoughtful, but to reach them you need to go through goat trails, and there was no elevator in our building, you had to walk through the next one.
There are big problems with moths and flies, the first ones in the evening were not allowed to sit properly with a glass. It's a pity for the volleyball players, the playground is located as inconveniently and dangerously as possible, the ball flew into the thorns, then into the sea, and you can see from the photo that you can break your legs.
We should also tell you about a la carte restaurants. A separate quest is to sign up through the "super" app at exactly 9 a.m. and not a second later. But when you come to the "restaurant" in the evening, you realize that the overall is good: the service is low, the dishes do not differ much from the general, and maybe even worse. The drinks are local, sparkling is disgusting and not worth its calories.
It is very sad and very unfortunate that we ended up in this particular hotel.

I want to save at least someone from this failure. Everything that is stated looks like a hoax, from the very beginning. Let's start with the arrival, if in 2 words, guests are not expected there. Neither hello to you, nor goodbye, figure it out, navigate and survive as best you can. With the beach, food and service, it draws a maximum of 3 stars. Swimming from pontoons is coming! And here is a deception, to reach the pontoons, you need 300 meters from the nearest chaise longue to stomp to it in the heat. On the only beach that looks like a beach on a lake: gray-brown sand, fragments of stones (everyone in our family managed to cut their legs), there are a lot of people, there is a struggle for deck chairs, sometimes literally!!! The beach is probably inferior to the beaches in Gelendzhik and Anapa (I haven't been there, but that's how I imagine them), towels, water - bring it yourself!!! Do not dream of any kind of service and fruits at all. In general, everything must be "earned" in this hotel for your own money!
There are NO cleaning in the room in the evening

Overall, the rest went well, but the hotel did not sink into my soul. I don't want to go back.
So, in order:
1. The beach. If you have small children, this hotel is not for you. Grey sand (similar to volcanic sand), with sometimes sharp pebbles. I imagined it would be like in Bodrum-beautiful small stones, but it's not like that here. It is better to take slippers for entering the sea. Now half of the adult zone has been set aside for families with children. This is a common area with sun beds for 16+ on the left, and families with children on the right. So if you want to relax in silence and without children, this is also not suitable for you.
A gentle approach to the sea is only here, the rest of the zones are only a pontoon approach.
This is not an open sea, but rather a bay, a bay. Therefore, it will also be a minus for fans of spaciousness. Where there is a view of the open sea, there is no beach.
The sea is occasionally cloudy.
One of the advantages is a beautiful shade under the olive trees above the main entrance to the sea.
There is no QR code on the sun beds on the beach. The bar has a limited selection of drinks, only nuts from snacks. There is a great shortage of fresh fruits and ice cream in the beach areas.
2. Since the hotel is new, the waiters are still probably not used to the standards of service. In the main restaurant, you can eat and never wait to be approached to find out what you would like from drinks. One day, the waiter brought an alcoholic mojito instead of a non-alcoholic one -it shouldn't be like this. One day we went to get some fruit, leaving our drinks on the table, and upon returning, another guest was already sitting at our table. Three minutes have passed.
At breakfast, the egg preparation counter becomes active only from about 7.30 am, until that time there is either no one there, or the preparation is asked to wait.
3. Food. I may have been spoiled by the food in other hotels, but here the food left no emotion. Yes, there is always something to eat, but it is very monotonous. Shrimp, mussels were once a week. There were rolls once. There are always several types of fish, meat, and vegetables in abundance. But I didn't have enough eggs Benedict/poached for breakfast, for example. There was also not enough leaf tea to be able to brew yourself a teapot. Tea is only packaged here. It's great that there is a section for vegetarians.
4. WiFi is very bad, it is constantly disappearing, everywhere except the rooms.
5. The amphitheater area is located too close to the building, so during the evening animation, be prepared that you will not be able to fall asleep before 23.30 even with the balcony door closed.
6. The photo service seemed intrusive to me, I have already lost the habit of it. After a polite "no", you do not need to bother the guests with questions about why not, as well as take pictures if the guest said no.
7. Since the hotel opened two months ago, it is natural that it is not yet green at all. Consider this if you love nature and greenery. The nature here is different from the same Bodrum, there is less greenery here.
8. There is no welcome-drink at check-in, guest relations did not approach us. No one talked about what the hotel has. A little later I saw that the guests were accompanied by a guest-relay upon arrival, we did not have such a thing.
9. Requests in the chat are mostly promptly responded to, only on the day of arrival I had to ask three times to bring a corkscrew, since the hotel was defective, they could not open the mineral water.

10. For some reason, there are a lot of flies: both on the beach and especially in restaurants. Once I saw a cleaner pour the remains of a cocktail to the curb, moving very close to the sunbeds: this also contributes to insects.
11. It's great that the maps are free, but you need to sign up a lot in advance: usually 3 days in advance. You can do this through the app, but in the period from 9 to 14. It was interesting to diversify the food, but unfortunately there was no delight from the alyakart restaurants. We were in fish and Italian.
12. Rooms: Thank you for meeting me on arrival and changing the room. At first we settled with a view of the family zone, there is no direct view of the sea, it is a side view. Direct numbers are more expensive, keep this in mind. The room has everything you need. Roots cosmetics. I would change the bathrobes for the summer period to waffle ones, it's hot in terry. There are no dressing gowns for adolescence. But there is a hair dryer with a diffuser and an iron-that's great! The beach bag is one per room, not for every person. The bag is cool) the bed linen is good, there is no pillow menu, but both pillows are very comfortable. The blanket is like a cloud.
13. I really liked the pool in the family area with white sand and sea water. That's where paradise is for little kids! There are also canopies for children's pools, which is a big plus.
14. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel, there is a construction site around.

Overall, the hotel is good. Purity, novelty. But if you've been used to NG, Voyage, Gloria before, maybe you'll miss something. I tried to describe in detail everything that I noticed, because there are very few reviews on the web so far.

The hotel is very bad. The staff takes a long time to do everything. In restaurants, the waiters themselves do not fit. We ordered paid champagne once, it was carried for 53 minutes. The rooms are very poorly cleaned. There were a lot of midges on the floor, they were not cleaned for 4 days. They also did not clean for 3 days, came, put the "do not disturb" thing themselves and left. They asked many times to book a table in the restaurant, they said that it was reserved for us, they came, but they said that there was no reservation. The beach is bad, there are a lot of small stones at the entrance, because of which you can cut your leg. The food in the dining room is terrible, it is impossible to eat meat, chicken too, the tables are not cleaned after the guests, you have to wait 15 minutes until they clean the small table.
I also want to note that the waiters allow you to shout at the guests, we made a reservation for 18 people, and they told us that we only had a reservation for 8. We showed them that we made a reservation for 18 people, they put us in, after which the waitress came and started shouting, because there were more of us, than it should be.
Conclusion: the hotel is 3 out of 10
