The chic location of the hotel. The bay is visible from the Windows, 5 minutes walk to the sea. Excellent beach, comfortable sun beds. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant and on the outdoor terrace. The view is excellent, birds are singing, greenery. The food is delicious, but a lot of spicy (not immediately figured out, there are designations). Very tasty desserts and sweets. The choice is not very large, but almost every day a variety and all very tasty.
The room is not very large, but there are two large loggias. There is a coffee maker, a kettle. The furniture is all new.
The room was cleaned every day. The only thing was that there were three of us, but they only gave us two dressing gowns. And as we did not ask, the third robe was not brought.

Everything is super in the hotel. Delicious food, customer orientation, location. It is at the entrance to the palm tree, opposite the big Nakhil mall, where there is a supermarket, a food court and a set of shops of everything.
The hotel rooms are beautiful, spacious, coffee/tea in the room, free soft drinks are updated every day.
There are Russian-speaking concierges, everyone is ready to meet you halfway. Special thanks to Mikhail for his help with entry and exit.
I'm determined to come here again.

We are resting in the hotel now, everything is perfect! Starting from the check-in ending with the service on the beach . The level is much higher than in riksos in Turkey. Attention is everywhere and unobtrusive. The restaurant is delicious, high-quality and the waiters always clean the dishes. Drinks in the evening are all included (juice, pepsi, tea, coffee) in half board except alcohol. The room is cleaned without complaints daily. The beach is always cleaned, they help to find a sunbed if necessary, spread a towel and so on. A 12-year-old child was put in an extra bed, although they warned at the time of booking that it would not be there. The deposit was not left. Safety for the entire small pool of at least 4 people ☝️👍. Foreigners are resting, 20-30% of Russians, everything is calm, culturally, not noisy. All these little things are important and inconspicuous, but when they are not there, it is very annoying. If you compare Turkey with premium hotels like Nirvana Kemer, you can generally put 3* after this hotel with a stretch, although they put themselves as a premium. The rest is great 🌞

A great hotel, the weather feels lighter and fresher than in the center, as if it is a couple of degrees lower on the palm tree itself, there is a lot of food and it is diverse, two pools, one by the sea, for those with children and one on the 14th floor, only for adults with a bar, you can smoke, there is alcohol, the staff is top, almost everyone knows Russian) no problems with early check-in, the room was given with a partial sea view on the 9th floor without any extra charges, they did not take a deposit, you will check in, look for mustava at the reception, he is top.

Liked it. I was at the hotel as a travel agent at the invitation of VISIT DUBAI.
A new, fresh hotel with a successful order. Private beach within walking distance.
Entering the sea in the summer is not very much - the stones were washed and the water stagnated a little.
This was handed over to the management and promised to take action.
The pool is very beautiful, it cools down in summer.

Vacationed with my husband at the beginning of May 2023 in this hotel in a 2-room suite with a sea view. The room is beautiful and very comfortable. Iron, 2 TVs, coffee machine, bar, air conditioning, safe, 2 toilets, shower, bathtub. To the sea 2 minutes to the wreck, private beach, very comfortable and soft sun beds, clean sand, you can make various orders. I really liked the food. The service in the dining room is on top! The staff is very polite, everyone is ready to help. The cleaning is clean. No complaints! I recommend it to everyone!

Daily cleaning of rooms, change of towels, replenishment of bathrooms and toiletries, drinking water and small presents daily. The restaurant staff is particularly noted. They are very friendly to guests, which is not a little important. We had a rest with young children and, accordingly, there is no special order at the table with them -the staff promptly removes all contamination. The food is varied, but too peppery. Despite this, we were able to choose a menu for our kids. We lived in a two-room room with a view of the city. Beautiful view from the window to the streets of Dubai. The hotel has its own beach, there are practically no people, which is very important. The beach is made of sand, the water is warmest, the descent into the water is gentle-very convenient with children. There are pools of different configurations and depths on the territory. There is a cafe near the pools-you can have a snack, drink juice, coffee. The territory of the hotel is large. There is a kids club for children of all ages. We rested from 01 to 10 November. The weather is the most wonderful. Dubai Mall can be reached by taxi for 70 dirhams.

A nice hotel with a beautiful territory. Infinity pool with a view of palm branches and passing yachts. They did not swim in the sea, because there was a red flag because of jellyfish. If you stop for trips to shopping malls-a great option. The food seemed a little sparse after Le Royal Miridian Beach. I recommend shopping, there is a free shuttle at Emirates Mall.

A great hotel, especially for the money. Rested in December 2022. The room is ordinary with a sea view and HB meals. I really liked the location, within walking distance of Nakheel Mall. The sea is perfect, not such a puddle as on West Beach, while it is closed from the waves. In winter, there was the most comfortable water from which I did not want to get out.
The rooms are spacious, cleaned often. I know many people who come not for the first time and I will definitely come back myself.

The location is good, close to the shopping center, it has a monorail station, can get to Atlantis in 10 minutes, and by taxi to the center in 20 minutes.
