A very cozy hotel, with elements of a hostel - there is a coworking, a kitchen where you can not cook, but you can take the dishes and sit in the bar, and a room for 6. We had a 2-bed cozy standard with a huge balcony, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious. Republic Square is 15-20 minutes away on foot.

A very nice hotel. A cozy courtyard. Modern rooms with small elements of ethnic Armenian decoration. Delicious cuisine. Pleasant staff, always ready to help and meet your wishes. It felt like it was some kind of hotel in Europe, and not in the CIS country.
And most importantly, for a very reasonable price.
I give it 5 stars.

Disgusting conditions and attitude towards the guests. At first, everything is yes, and after canceling the booking at the booking - "don't understand yours." There are no curbstones and skirting boards in the room, how the lamp turns on is a mystery. There is no concept of zero days and late check-out, breakfast is imposed when the room is vacated before 0:00!
There is no elevator, which means there cannot be 3 stars. While the administrator was messing with the check-in, all opportunities to order food were closed. There are no bathrobes either in the suite or in the standard. You also don't have to look for a refrigerator, even in the suite.
