This is a great hotel. It is located on a cliff with a magnificent view of the city.Not deluxe, but located in the center of Andorra, there is a parking lot, a beautiful small park with an outdoor pool. I came from the mountain and I can walk around the city. A little tired, but otherwise everything is fine.
