Although I have stayed many times before, my experience this time was not very pleasant. I found that reception and staff communication were poor. But again, taking into account the guest satisfaction, the guest relations officer reached out to me and took the necessary notes. I hope they will complete the lack of communication as soon as possible.

Samsun is a clean quality hotel that I have stayed at several times during my travels, both for vacation purposes with my children and in the context of a business visit Jul. I'd say it's right in the city center. The sea view visible from the windows is also great
