I have visited many hotels, including Astana. But I really liked this hotel:
1. The room and the entire hotel are very clean and pleasant to be in.
2. No unpleasant odors
3. Always friendly staff
4. At any time, with advance notice, you can receive accounting documents for accommodation in hard copy.
5. There are good breakfasts.
In my opinion, there are no disadvantages, but there are a couple of wishes: I want the cafe to work both at lunch and for dinner. And the location a little further from the airport is not a minus at all: a taxi costs about the same, and there is everything you need within walking distance-banks, ATMs, cafes, restaurants and even a park.
A small, clean, cozy hotel is a three-star hotel. Everything would be fine, but there is no kettle in the rooms. This is the principled position of the owner of this hotel due to the danger of a fire hazard. He has the right, but for us the presence of a kettle is mandatory, the presence of boiling water at any time of the day. When booking, I somehow didn't even think to see if there was a kettle in the room. I've never encountered this before, so I didn't pay attention to it. Well, what blew my mind is that you can get boiling water in this hotel but for money
The hotel is good. Excellent staff. There was no electricity for several days. The breakfasts are average. We couldn't cook oatmeal porridge for several days. The hotel owner is saving on the wrong thing. Very sorry.
