He talked for 5 minutes about Thailand's life hacks, after which he began offering excursions from anex. The price tag there is overstated by about 1.5 times. There are many companies in Tae where it is cheaper (but this is at your own risk). After our words that we would not go on excursions, passive aggression towards us began from anex, attempts to instill feelings of guilt in us, etc. I understand everything, he gets paid extra for this, but it's not professional, after all, a representative of the company. For almost 2 weeks of rest, he never asked us what questions we had or how to keep in touch. The man was obviously offended. But what can you do? Information about the return transfer from otley to the airport had to be forcibly knocked out, and only on the 3rd attempt did we get an answer to our question. In general, anex tour is not bad, but Asif has something to work on..)
The mood was spoiled even before the flight. We flew a company of 12 people from Moscow to Turkey. The flight was postponed twice. They were supposed to fly at 00.40, they took off at 15.40, as a result, they arrived at the hotel at one o'clock the next morning, the flight was also postponed back, thereby reducing the rest by more than a day. Due to the postponement of flights, we had to spend the night in Moscow, because we ourselves are from Minsk. They offered to pay an additional 35 euros per person to reschedule flights at a more convenient time for us, but warned that these flights could be rescheduled. I did not like the hotel guide at all, I tried to be on the wave of the company and communicated using obscene phrases, which caused great doubts as a specialist. We purchased an excursion from the guide, which did not correspond to the stated one at all. We sold tickets to a ship that did not even have free tables, as a result we had to stay on the lower deck, where there was a strong smell of fuel and we could not hear the event for which tickets were bought. During the flight to Turkey, the plane was not even fed, and the flight time was 4.5 hours. We had to buy food ourselves on the plane. There was also no lunch offered on the flight from Turkey, but nothing was even sold here. This is only part of the bad moments. The rest was ruined. I'm not in the mood to fly with this travel agency any more. There are more problems than rest.
A terrible tour operator and his intermediaries. I rate his activity at 0 (zero)! It is impossible to resolve issues with them, they do not accept claims in principle, the answer is one - "rest", later they stopped contacting at all. The answer of the hotel guide is that Anex has strong lawyers, you will not achieve anything. Departure from Moscow, flights were postponed a bunch of times, instead of the promised and paid (I want to note, at a decent price) 8 days and 7 nights, in fact, we received 6 days and 5 nights, rest for such a number of days became "golden". This is not counting the days checked in Moscow and the overnight stay there (due to flight postponement). AZUR air is the airline of this tour operator, they did not provide any food for almost 5 hours of the flight, they offered only tea, coffee and water. Anex guides don't know anything except how to sell excursions more expensively. Don't get fooled by their suggestions! In fact, it was possible to swim on the ship exactly 2 times cheaper, like all other entertainment in principle.
A terrible cameraman. Two families flew to Turkey 2+1 (1.5g) and 2+1(13L). They paid extra for choosing a flight for 40EUR. per person. The departure time was 01.20. there and 19.40. back. As a result, two days before departure, the departure was postponed for 10 hours from 1.20. to 11.30. there and 11 hours back. from 19.40 to 6.30. The money for the choice was not refunded. They paid another 70EUR. per person for the replacement of flights, specifically to TurkishAirlines. The total amount of the surcharge is 550 rubles. As a result, Pegasus flew there, the time was postponed again, Azur returned with the transfer of the flight for 17 hours from 22.30 to 5.20. What they paid for, for what concretization of the flight is not KNOWN. The guides in the hotels don't know anything, just to sell the tour. The worst of the operators.
The worst operator, his intermediaries are the same. They postpone the departure time, brazenly stealing people's money. Not a single flight was rescheduled in favor of the tourist, but only the opposite. Where does our legislation look? Fraud of pure water, and in the open, without any fear of responsibility before the law. Horror. I hope that what they stole from people will finally come out sideways. This was the first and last trip with Anex. Run away from this company without looking back.

We were lucky that we were put in a car with other equally disappointed people who were being driven to the hotel. We went out with them and took the subway to the hotel for another hour. If the hotel guide had immediately explained that there would be fur coats, jewelry and watches, we would not have wasted our time on this. We had only five days, it was a shame to spend half a day on this useless activity for us. I liked the paid sightseeing tour. The guide gave brief interesting information and answered questions.
