I agreed and the contract specified 5,000 SOM for 20 classes. Of the following 3 classes, only one lasted 2 hours, two were 1.45 h minutes each - then another student came, then Tatiana herself shortened the lesson. The topics were set at home for self-study, and in the lesson they checked how I understood the material. I can study this way myself, so I asked for a refund. The receptionist said that they need to prepare and need to call a day in advance. I made an appointment in advance for 12 o'clock. There was no administrator in the office at 12:00. On the phone, she said that she had already left 20 minutes ago, come back in an hour. I asked to issue a refund by another manager. Unexpectedly, individual lessons for me became 1 hour long. I asked several teachers in the office - they all had 1.2 hours of classes . For me, they counted 8 classes in 4 days. How does this work with the contract - (20 classes / month) I did not receive a clear answer. The contract does not specify the duration of classes, the schedule, or the format of training. Moreover, the contract specifies the following points: Paragraph 5.5 . The Educational Center reserves the right not to allow the Student to further study and unilaterally terminate the agreement. At the same time, all previously deposited funds of the Listener will not be refunded.
