In March 2025, there was no queue at all in the morning. Admission is 16€. The views are amazing. Especially from the topmost observation deck on the roof. There is also a lot to see inside. There is a cafe with a view of St. Peter and the Tiber. But all the tables are occupied(. There are more people willing than there are places. I definitely recommend you to visit.

My favorite place in Rome. The history of the city of all centuries and centuries is intertwined here. It was originally the mausoleum of Emperor Hadrian. The construction was completed in 139 AD. Today there is a museum here, and from the terrace at the very top there is a magnificent view of the Eternal City. It is a very beautiful and impressive building.
