It's a very nice hotel. Not the best in the Lagoon, of course, but definitely better than the neighboring Allamanda. Of those hotels that I have seen or lived in the lagoon, it is definitely one of the top five.

The hotel is excellent, the beach is two- it is not possible to swim because of the rollback and the wave, the administration does not do anything about it (for example, a breakwater), prices in restaurants (6 pcs in the hotel) are marginal, it is easier to arrange half board- 3 times cheaper, room service is 2, the staff was constantly persuaded (caught on the floors), free water trams did not run according to schedule, there is no Russian-speaking employee. The general impression is that Thais are relaxed and do not fight for customers. Shopping -40 min by taxi in family, according to the installed application, the price in 1 direction is 300 baht. Fruits and seafood are fine. If you want to swim in the sea and not in the pool, it is better to take it to the east coast of Phuket.

We are vacationing right now in Angsana Lagoon, March 2023 from March 11-19.
Before going to Tai, I decided to read the reviews here and, frankly, some of them upset me very much, so I decided to write my own.
1. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is very comfortable, but it is not included in the price and we booked it separately for a lot of money - my advice is, download Indriver (the cheapest and most popular taxi application on the island) and calmly order a taxi back and forth.
2. They settled us an hour earlier than the scheduled time, the girls at the reception were attentive and friendly, but the disadvantages were that they did not speak English well.
3. The room is clean, cozy and fresh, it smelled heavenly from the aroma lamp. Snow-white linen, private balcony, view of the lagoon, clean bathroom, spacious, cozy bathrobes. On the downside, there is no banal plate in the room to eat fruits bought out. Romantic lilac backlight above the bed ;) Thorough cleaning every day, but once forgot to put hand towels.
4. Full breakfast - there is hot, lots of vegetables, local fruits (but no MANGO), there is Indian cuisine, a separate table for the children's kitchen. Unfortunately, there is no sea food - shrimp, squid, etc. Juices are NOT fresh, this is a minus. The coffee is good.
5. Local restaurants at the hotel: Atoll bomba, located in the lagoon on the island, we strongly recommend ordering panna cotta for dessert, all other dishes are also OK, of the cons - it's expensive.
6. Outside restaurants, if you go south along the beach, then good places: MamaLala (I recommend scallops), Golden Fish (I recommend Tom yam), Aloma.
7. The hotel has a stunning territory - everything is green, well-groomed, a huge beautiful lagoon, where you can go hiking, kayaking for free, as well as cross by ferry to the Shopping center (it is sparse, but there is a shop, an exchange and a pharmacy).
8. There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, the beach itself is a fairy tale.

This is the first time in this hotel, we always rested in the Grand 5* Center on Karon Beach. Of the cons: very poor breakfasts, there has never been at least some kind of miso soup, noodle soup, no salted fish, no vegetables, I advise you not to take breakfast! Not worth the money! Similarly, in all restaurants on the menu, the food is not delicious, there is very little assortment on the menu, so most tourists like us go to eat outside the hotel. Among the advantages: beautiful territory and good staff! Special thanks to Roman at the reception, who is very responsive and responsible! !!!

The rooms are threefold, shabby, the worst thing is Cockroaches!I had to change the room, but not the first time!
Do not take seafood dinner for 950 baht, everything is in batter, the rest (fresh seafood) is not included!
For fresh fruits, you need to walk 200 meters along the beach, okay, fitness😃

The shock is 2022. One of my favorite hotels is "sick." After the pandemic, we were greeted by dirty buildings, rooms with current plumbing and pools with broken tiles. It's high time for Angsan to be put in order. The breakfasts are inedible to our taste. The restaurant and cafe by the pool are tasteless. I have to go to the city . It is more expensive in the city and there is a choice. If this is your first time at the hotel, then it will surprise you unpleasantly. Huge monitor lizards walk around. They are not afraid of people . He even came to us for breakfast. There is no pool lighting in the evening. Only trees are highlighted. It is unpleasant to walk in the dark.

You need to run to take a place for breakfast, you need to run to take a sunbed to the beach. The rooms are dead and dirty. Cleaning also needs to be begged, otherwise a piece of paper will be slipped under the door with an apology that it was not there. Airline staff check into the adjacent rooms every other day. By the way, we took the laguna premier room. A part of the hotel is being renovated, and there is a construction site next to the hotel.
One of the advantages is the excellent location, it is possible to walk to the village, excellent sea and beach.
In general, I do not recommend it.

Хорошее место! Чистые, немного укатанные номера! Вкусная и недорогая еда на пляже по вашему рецепту! Свежие, сладкие фрукты! Это очень важно если с детьми, т.к. местная кухня никуда не годится и лучшая еда для детей в отеле это картошка фри, пицца Маргарита с резиновым сыром и яйца! Завтраки и ужины лучше брать при отеле, а обедать на пляже! На пляже шезлонги, всем хватает, людей не много, пляж огромный!
