When I booked, I already knew from the reviews that the hotel was, as they say, "lived", but it's very good!!!
The location is excellent, all the places of interest are within walking distance.
The staff speaks Russian fluently.
The room has everything, even an ironing board and iron, towels are cleaned and changed every day. The breakfasts are good for every taste, the set of dishes is almost the same every day, but we ate too much. I was pleased with the baked vegetables (peppers, zucchini), just like I like. There is a swimming pool and it is not small, the sauna for men and women is separate, but I was allowed to go with the boy to the women's room, at that moment no one else was there but us.
One of the disadvantages that confused me was the carpet on the floor, it's time to change it. But I can assume that even though the carpet is "yesterday", it serves as a sound insulation and insulation at the same time.
The air conditioner was not used, we were in April and slept with the windows open, but when it was turned on, it became very noisy.
In general, I recommend it!!!

I liked the hotel: first of all, I want to note the good service, the reception is always happy to help, room cleaning is daily and high-quality, in the restaurant the staff always monitors the availability of all dishes and immediately removes dirty dishes from the tables. I liked the sauna, I didn't have time to use the pool. The location is excellent, all the main attractions and top restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are small, unlike Anya Grand, but it is cozy here and I liked the service more.

An ordinary normal hotel. As for me, it is a very convenient location: Cascade- 10 minutes, Republic Square- 10 minutes, Opera House-7 minutes, Vernissage-10 minutes, etc. The rooms are moderately comfortable, all accessories are available. I would like to thank the cleaners separately. We cleaned every day, efficiently, towels are always new. The breakfasts are standard, you can always choose something, although after a week everything seems to have become boring)). So why did you take off the star? I lived on the 8th floor and the room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke, something can't be done, windows are open/ windows are closed and ventilation is working, it doesn't matter, it smells and that's it! We have to do something, Friends! But in general, I recommend that if I go again, I will stay here

A very pleasant hotel. It was clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. They put water in the room. The shower is comfortable. One disadvantage is that there is no central heating, the temperature is regulated by what is probably called a split system (or something like that). So, she makes a noise like a plane on takeoff. It is from this hotel that many excursions begin.
Note on the bedside tables (1 for 2 beds), there is no bedside light and sockets.

The hotel is not just tired, but outdated. Some of the elements are probably still artifacts of the Soviet era. The standard room was very small. The breakfast is modest, but not terrible. I was upset that the fruit was being cut into uncomfortable pieces, apparently so that they wouldn't take it with them. The location is good, all the attractions in the center are close. The cleaner on the second floor cleaned very carefully, thank you very much! I often visit Yerevan, but the price and quality are not the best option.

A great hotel to stay in! All hotel staff treat guests with respect and strive to resolve any issues that arise! The breakfast is very decent, everyone especially liked the delicate omelette. The children visited the pool, which they liked. The only thing that can be recommended is to expand the TV broadcasting channels in Russian. The score is 10 points, I recommend it for a stay!

A comfortable hotel in the center of Yerevan. The building is by no means new, but the renovation is good and the service is at a high level. A very good hotel. It is located in the center of Yerevan, which is convenient, to many attractions (Republic Square, Cascade, Opera House, Ring square) 5-10 minutes on foot. The hotel itself is Soviet-era, but cozy. We lived in a room on the 7th floor. The room is small, but comfortable and clean. Towels were changed every day, water bottles, tea and coffee bags were placed. The beds are very comfortable, pillows, blankets, bed linen are all of good quality. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. There are enough places at the tables for all the guests. The food is constantly being updated.
The hotel has a swimming pool - very small, clean and tidy, renovated, more for vacationers with children. Towels and gel and shampoo are provided at the entrance. Be sure to have a hat with you.

Great! The hotel is old from Soviet times. But very cute, the price-quality ratio is absolute. The linen is perfect. Changing towels daily was a pleasant surprise for me. They don't do it anywhere else, they save money. The location in the city center is very convenient. Special thanks to the staff!!!!! The maids are nice, very accommodating. There was no shower cap, I just asked, and everything was immediately given, also with a reserve, detergents were added to the shower daily. Super! The guys at the entrance are very courteous, I understand that this is their job, but it feels like they are meeting a personal, close and dear guest. Thank you very much!

Among the advantages: spacious rooms, good breakfast, swimming pool and sauna, excellent location, iron and hairdryer in the room, there is a bathrobe, slippers and all toiletries, coffee/tea/kettle/refrigerator, comfortable mattresses and blankets. Pillows are almost all good, although not 100%))
Of the minuses: poor cleaning, terrible-terrible Wi-Fi, lack of smart TV, late start of breakfast and lack of dry.rations for early departures.

The rooms are large.
The plumbing is a bit old.
Excellent view (from the upper floors).
The breakfast buffet hardly changes from day to day, but it is quite varied.

The entire center is within walking distance.
Coffee, wine/beer in the lobby.
Questions/problems are easily solved.
WiFi is quite normal.

I spent a week at the hotel in July'23. I liked everything. Room 1010 on the 10th floor is spacious, comfortable, clean. There is everything you need (refrigerator, TV, iron with board, safe, kettle, hair dryer in the bathroom, shampoo, balm, gel, hair brush, paste, bathrobes, slippers), soft
beds, fine linen; every day 2 cups of water, tea, coffee. The service is on the level. Great variety of breakfasts. The main advantage is the proximity to many attractions. One of the disadvantages (if you find fault) is that there is not a stable Internet connection in the room.
