There is simply no better hotel than Anna on Cypress Alley... The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm, cozy and homely. Spacious rooms, daily cleaning, always friendly staff...the advantages can be listed indefinitely! The sea is 5 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Excursions and transfers can be booked at the hotel, there is its own parking lot, so you will not have to worry about the car. Each room has a balcony, which is very pleasant to sit on in the evenings. The hotel grounds themselves are very green, there is a playground and activities for children are often held. There is a recreation area on site. We didn't want to leave at all...there are only the warmest memories of this place and its wonderful team!

We visited this hotel in September. Good location on Cypress alley, lots of greenery, 5 minutes to the sea.
A cozy territory, all issues are resolved quickly, if something does not suit, the only smell in our room is from food, apparently hoods from cafes work nearby, well, not cheap, although Abkhazia has become expensive in general, apparently there is no end of vacationers...

A nice guest house, but there is nowhere to eat in the house itself, there are cafes and canteens nearby. The managers are good. It's about 10 minutes to the sea, but usually there are big waves, you can walk along the cypress grove to another beach, there are usually fewer waves there. I want to warn everyone about the beach at once - this is Abkhazia, there are no toilets and changing rooms here! There is garbage. Don't wait for Sochi or Turkey service.
