We were met very ungraciously - with the words pay everything at once (almost a month in advance), and then all the conversations, including the toilet after a five-hour move from Almaty.. We offered to pay for a week, but they told us that it was either all or nothing. Knowing firsthand that in such a situation, nothing good should be expected, we decided to change the place, especially since the Koktem grant was empty. Upon learning about this, they tried to drive us out into the street at 37C in the shade (two children of 3 and 8 years old).

The rooms are very clean. The place for the car is touching. It's quiet in the evenings. There is a courtyard to sit in the evenings, gaze at the sky......

Very cozy and clean! Price = quality! The furniture is all new,Playground , covered Parking, not far from the city center!
