Only the most pleasant impressions from visiting the salon) I came for a manicure to master Angelina. You already start to feel emotions from the moment you cross the threshold of the salon: very friendly receptionist Valeria, I have never been greeted with the words "very glad to see you again", it has sunk into my soul so much 😍
It is a very beautiful space, everything is done with taste, you want to photograph every corner, because it is a solid aesthetic — here coffee is served in beautiful Dior or Hermes dishes, and flowers are alive, and the toilet is like in a museum)
The manicure turned out to be perfect — there is such a large palette of colors, I finally chose an interesting color for myself, made a thin coating that looks expensive. Very neat and fast)

I was in this salon once for a pedicure and manicure, the masters Angelina and Alla are just super ! Marina is a very pleasant receptionist).
After a pedicure with a long-term coating, I ran into a problem: 5 days passed and the coating broke off on two fingers (, recorded without problems for the near future to the same master, everything was redone and no payment was taken for it.
It so happened that the hostess Anna herself met and saw off for the second time - a very pleasant and beautiful girl, behaved without any pathos, as girls of such a level and status could behave). It can be seen that the service in this salon is very high and everything is done specifically for people (regardless of their status)!

I want to take this opportunity to give feedback. On the one hand, so that the salon could learn, on the other hand, so that potential customers would not step on my rake when choosing a salon.
What did I want?
I have short nails, I don't wear gel polish — the only thing I wanted was a neat treatment, taking into account all hygiene standards.
What did I get?
3 injured fingers (one of them bled) shaggy nails, because there was only one file, and, apparently, for gel polish. Have you asked me what form I want? Or maybe they asked if I wanted to varnish it? Should I polish it? Massage your fingers? Unfortunately, the master did not react to my "you're hurting me", and I'm talking about "massaging your fingers" here.
I spent 25 minutes in the salon, of which 23 minutes were given to me... no, it's not a manicure, it's a wild parody, it's a waste of my time and a disgusting mood afterwards.
P.S: Torn gloves and protruding nails of the master are generally the height of abomination
