An excellent budget option in Ayia Napa , a hotel on the first line in the bay, where you can swim without waves, clean white sand and azure sea , the rooms are fresh and clean , they clean efficiently every day!!!the food is very good, there is seafood.we took everything included and did not regret it 👍

We were here in April 2021.
The hotel is located on the shore of the bay. It's 1 minute to the beach, Wi-Fi is finishing. There are sun beds near the pool on the territory, you can not rent on the beach.
Friendly staff. The room was upgraded for an additional fee.
Decent breakfasts (dinner was not taken).
There is a bar with good snacks. There are several shops with drinks and groceries nearby.
The rooms are clean, the linen is good. But the interior can already be updated.
There is an interesting show program in the evenings.

It's okay, good 3 ka. There is one residue left, you can drink coffee and tea at breakfast, and for dinner everything is cleaned and only for money you can drink tea (Well, it would be nice to have some unusual tea, otherwise it is packaged as at breakfast, but for 8 €.

I had a rest from 08/28/21 to 09/06/21.
In Cyprus for the first time, there was something to compare, so I will try in order)))
The hotel itself, although 3 🌟, can well be considered a 4th.
Cleanliness in the room and bed linen were important to me. Everything is in order, towels were changed almost every day, bed linen - every three days.
Adapters were not needed, as there were sockets at the hair dryer and a usb port was by the bed.
The closeness in the bathroom and low ceilings in the room were a little unusual, but this was critical, they only came to sleep)))
The view was of the neighboring hotel, which was also not ice, but initially I did not pay extra for the "sea view". But it's steep - on the bay, especially from the upper floors.
What I especially want to note is the food, it is quite diverse and of high quality.
There are always 3 types of meat, fish and a sea of vegetables))) Breakfasts for every taste, even milk porridge !
We had half board, we had enough of it, really, we are girls)))
If desired, you can buy a snack at the supermarket, a 5-minute walk away, or have lunch for money at the lobby bar, or in the village - the choice is huge)))
Alcohol was paid, everyone tried it, excellent wines, beer and cocktails!
As coffee lovers, I didn't really like cappuccino , but we drank it every morning, so everything is individual.
At breakfast, all drinks (used) are free of charge.
About the pool, which is decent in size and different depths. Since the hotel is designed for an adult contingent, it was calm, measured, with excellent musical accompaniment.
There were enough sun beds by the pool for everyone. Someone went to the sea for the whole day, but we sunbathed at the hotel, and periodically went swimming at the sea, it is a 1-minute walk, cross the road. Moreover, the road is not a highway, but a dead end, transport rarely arrives, then tourists will be brought, then hotel service deliveries.
There are 3 operating hotels in this bay, but there are few people on the beach, maybe because sun beds and umbrellas are paid (2.5 💶) per unit/day.
Many just lie on the sand)))
Since almost all are municipal, no one prevents this.
Another huge hotel building has been built, but it has not yet been put into operation)) what will happen on the beach later, we can only guess)))
The bay is perfectly equipped for comfortable swimming, there is an entrance on stone slabs, but in the center there is a sandy one. There were no big waves when they were at sea, on open beaches.
The water is very warm, even sometimes I wanted it colder)))
The famous Nissi beach is a 15-minute walk away, but people on it, like in Anapa, and it takes a long time to enter to a normal depth. But with children, it's great!
The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, they value their customers)))
They speak English, German, but not very much Russian. It didn't make living difficult for us.
There is no animation, since the hotel is +16, but on Fridays there is live music, on Saturday there is a fire show (for an amateur), on Sunday there is a DJ by the pool.
I can recommend the hotel for couples, girlfriends, friends.
I wish the hotel prosperity in this difficult time, I hope that I will definitely return to Cyprus. I haven't seen a lot of things yet, there's a lot to see.
It's good to rent a car, buggy and ride along the coast and into the mountains, this is a separate story)))

I'll start with the flight. Those who fly from the Biblio Globus company. I must say right away, there is no food on board the plane, only drinks. And only at Biblio's, we talked to the flight attendants. The flight is scheduled, the airline is Russia, there are no complaints here. We arrived in the morning, around 11 o'clock, check-in strictly after 14.00. It is useless to ask for rooms with a sea view. They have already distributed everything in advance, standards, improvements, etc. We left our suitcases, changed our clothes and went to the sea. Briefly about the hotel, a 3-star excellent hotel, everything is clean, tidy, there is a pleasant smell everywhere, room cleaning is daily, there is a kettle in the rooms, you will want tea, since drinks are only for breakfast, there is an ironing board in the lobby downstairs, gel, shampoo, soap in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is 5 points. The first line. Since sun beds and umbrellas cost 2.5 euros, it makes no sense to pay, take sun beds by the pool and go to the sea at least every 5 minutes. We rented a catamaran 4 times, an hour costs 20 euros and in the sea, and there is the purest water, and such relaxation in an hour. There are no complaints about food, and there are several types of meat and fish, oranges, apples, pears, plums from fruits, watermelon was 2 times in 2 weeks. There is no buffet at lunch, they bring individually, the portions are huge, everything is fresh and delicious. For dessert, a cake, the rest had to be bought. As for excursions, Biblio offers expensive, everything is cheaper in the city. We rented a car for 3 days, drove everywhere ourselves, gasoline is 1.3 euros, but fuel consumption is low. If you are going to the mountains, these cars do not pull, of course you need to take jeeps. But they helped us, we overcame everything, and visited the very top, the impressions are unforgettable. Olive oil, wine and olives can be bought cheaper in the villages. In the evening, everyone goes to the center, everything is there, we also went around everything and rode everywhere. This is not the first time in Cyprus and what I want to say is that everything is very expensive, or rather everything has become very expensive, because they have been closed for 1.5 years, and now they have apparently decided to make money on us. If you buy something cheaper in Paralimna and Protaras in large supermarkets, our a la Lenta or Metro, prices are much lower and you can save money. Mask mode is definitely everywhere. We spent 2 weeks there, and there is no animation in the hotel, from the word at all!!!! We entertained ourselves. After dinner, it's just a boarding house for the elderly, so if you relax, then come here, and if you get high, then definitely choose another hotel. Conclusion: will I come back here, probably unlikely, Cyprus is no longer the same. It doesn't cost that much money. However, the staff is excellent, they chatted with everyone. Advantages: the sea is 100 m from the hotel, a clean sandy beach (one of the best in the city), daily cleaning and towel change in the rooms, delicious food, and the main advantage of the hotel is 16+!!!

I had a rest in 2017. Nice hotel. But for some reason, they don't like Russians in it. There was a moment when people from Russia were settled in a room for workers on the first day. This is the only disadvantage of this hotel. Everything else is at the highest level.

A 16+ hotel, three stars. Delicious, healthy food, freshly squeezed juice. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price of the tour. Lunch can be bought at the hotel, or you can go to any cafe or restaurant. The bed linen is snow-white, it is changed often. Room cleaning every day. Friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The sea is 50 meters. Nice, clean beach. The sand is fine. Lots of cats. It's like in India: a cow is a sacred animal! A quiet, relaxing holiday. There is a Best Bay supermarket 150 meters away. Everything you need is there. There is a souvenir shop nearby. The seller Anna speaks Russian. A diverse assortment. We bought a lot of souvenirs. Inexpensive handmade silverware. I recommend the hotel to those who want a relaxing holiday!

It's a good hotel, and considering that it's 3 stars, it's just great. The sea is about 250 meters away. There is a small swimming pool, there are no buildings between the sea and the hotel. The rooms are clean. You can also have dinner outside. Breakfast is quite good, dinner is monotonous, but delicious and fresh products. So I can only advise, I've seen critical reviews on the Internet, I want to tell these people that they need to pay extra.... Then wait for more.

I haven't met anyone worse, I'll start with check-in- there was no late dinner, the shower light didn't work, we hoped that the hotel would surprise us in the morning, since everything was included, but for the fourth day in a row nothing changed in the breakfasts, the queue for eggs since there is not much choice, there is also no banal teaspoon, a spoon appears only for an afternoon snack, an afternoon snack consists of one cupcake that was for breakfast, plums and pears, lunches are still tolerable, but for dinner cutlets with pasta, it was a big upset to pay money for them, bread needs to be carried in your hands since there is no plate for it, there is no plate for porridge. The rooms are cleaned with bleach, it stinks all day, it just gives the impression that you are welcome here! Yes, we can say that the review is extremely picky, the hotel is 3 stars, but in May, after visiting another hotel, there is something to fuck with! I do not recommend this hotel, one frustration! A smile and mood appear only if he disappears from sight! My advice is to choose another hotel! I got the impression that all the positive reviews are written by themselves!

Excellent service for your money. There are no children (the hotel is 16+), the sea is 2 minutes from the hotel, the food is very tasty.
Although the staff does not speak Russian, they still fulfill any whims of visitors at the highest level.
If you need a relaxing and pleasant stay in Cyprus, I highly recommend it :)
