Canteen of national dishes with service. The service is good. Everything is fresh and delicious. A large selection of dishes. Prices are above average. The target "audience" is tourists from Russia, who began to visit us more often. The benefits are mutual, the guests get acquainted with Uzbek dishes, we do business.
Since there are many dishes and they are prepared on the same basis, for those who want to try real lagman, manti, giz, shish kebab, mashhurda, etc., I would advise visiting places where only one or two dishes are prepared purposefully.

Delicious, inexpensive, varied menu of Uzbek, Uighur, Turkish and European cuisine. The best lagman, the preparation of which can be observed through the glass wall separating the hall from the kitchen, is very interesting, especially for a tourist. I go there often when I come to Tashkent. This is the only place where I risk drinking freshly squeezed juices, as I see that fruits and vegetables are washed before starting work.

A very good cafe, where you should come more than once. Inside the cafe is clean, tidy, polite waiters will immediately accept your order. I've been here several times and always ordered a lagman. A delicious dish prepared by professional chefs. You can order both a full portion and a half. Very tasty samsa and shish kebab. The waiting time is about 10-12 minutes. You can stay both indoors and outdoors in the shade of trees. A distinctive feature here is that you can observe the lagman cooking process itself - behind a glass wall on which water is pouring, chefs show the lagman cooking process. This is very unusual, not everywhere you can see it. The price of the dish is slightly higher than that of the competitors, but it's worth it. If you want to eat delicious food and at the same time watch how lagman is prepared, while being in a cozy atmosphere - you are here. Great. I recommend you to visit.

We were sitting in the street area, near the fountain. The proper arrangement of pots with bushes created a separate cozy corner. We ordered a pizza, very tasty, and several salads, we also liked it. The girl was drinking coffee, I was drinking cold compote. Music was playing, but quietly, unobtrusively, it did not interfere with communication at all. The prices are average, the portions are quite large, although I know cafes where they bring more salad for the same price. But, apparently, the proximity to the city center has an impact on the price level.

The service is poor, the atmosphere is not cozy or modern, the tables are scratched, the menu is already worn out, the waitress forgot about the salad, when the waitress was reminded, she made a sour face, the cutlery leaves much to be desired, there is no much from the menu to order, but the chicken kebab and Turkish stew are delicious!
I won't go there with the guests a second time. The administration needs to think about repairs and the quality of service.

This cafe was recommended to me as a place where the best barbecue is cooked in Tashkent, but the reality turned out to be different. I absolutely did not like the kebab, it was as tight as rubber ((. But the mantas were beyond praise! The most delicate thin dough, juicy filling. The total bill for 570000 SOM was announced.
The bill and receipt were not given, referring to a non-functioning cash register.
They didn't make any noise, but the mood was a little spoiled.
