Of course, I read the reviews and even found a rating for companies. Despite the negative feedback, I risked calling the measurer Andrey from the company Anrela, because talking on the phone I was satisfied with the price (there were discounts), and also surprised by the efficiency. When the contract was drawn up after direct measurements of the balcony group on site, the cost changed slightly.Instead of 4 weeks, the windows were made in 3 weeks and installed in 2 hours. The color and fittings corresponded to the previously installed windows. I ordered wooden windows, chose this company because I liked the site and the measurer's departure was free, but later I regretted that I turned there, the measurer Andrey, he also oversees the production and installation of windows, he works until he received the money, and then does not pick up the phone, promises and does not fulfill the agreement. Everything was fine until I gave the money, i.e. the measurements were made, the windows were installed on time, by the way, all that I liked about this company was the installers, there were no complaints about them, in general, the windows as products turned out to be three with a minus: chipped, unpainted, fibers were torn out and not even sanded, etc. I informed Andrey about these claims, as the installers told me to resolve all issues with him. And then it started: promises that everything would be done next week, this next week stretched out for two months and nothing was lost. And when the window sill cracked under warranty and the window began to close with clicks, I informed the company and had to wait 1.5 months for the arrival under warranty, although they were supposed to arrive within 10 days under the contract. And when they arrived, the window could not be adjusted, she thought so when closing, they said to wait until she started to feel more, and the window sill covered up the cracks with wax, which fell out two days later, and said that this was the structure of the tree. Conclusion: It is better not to contact this office, and if you do, then do not have any business with Andrey, a very optional person.
