When ordering, only delivery is made, unloading and lifting to the floor is not provided, they say that then arrange with the driver Delivery is scheduled for a date and not a specific time. As a result, it will not be possible to order movers from the outside. And upon delivery, the driver refuses to carry a large amount of furniture into the apartment and can be understood, since he arrives alone. So, those who do not count on their strength need to think about whether it is worth ordering furniture here. And keep in mind that you need to check the integrity by unpacking the boxes in the presence of the driver, that is, in this case on the street.

An extremely negative impression of visiting the store on October 7 at the address Minsk, Partizansky Ave. 168.
They could not immediately find it, the navigator led through the industrial zone, the husband called at 19:30 to the store to clarify how to get there. The girl, snorting in a dissatisfied voice, explained.
After 10-15 minutes, I went to get my online order (a small box - table legs). The same girl, with the same dissatisfied, but already face, sent me to the first office down the corridor. The guy from this office, the only friendly employee there, went to the warehouse for my order. Immediately outside the door, the workers - 2 girls and a man began to loudly discuss my "bad manners" and how did I dare to come to them so late. By the way, the male employee said that if I have something big there, then he won't stand it for me. They discussed the meaning of the word "education" very colorfully, showing themselves that they were not familiar with it at all. I paid off and left at exactly 19:50. By this time, all the employees were standing over me in outerwear and with bags. The girl at the checkout even forgot how to use the terminal. I hope I didn't really delay them leaving work 10 minutes earlier. If anything, let them forgive me, ill-mannered)

Orders disappear from the waiting list, which we waited for as long as 3 months and without waiting visited the store again. It turned out that everything is in stock and they can't explain why we didn't get a call and how our order disappeared. Everything is pushed down to the program failure.
