Today, 4.02.2025, I decided to euthanize my beloved cat, with whom I have lived for at least 15 years, I turned to Ansidora for a service, and fortunately, everything turned out to be Help.
First of all, I want to note that they came for the cat quickly, and they talked to me very tactfully and carefully. They took me away.
Soon, Anastasia, a very polite and attentive employee, called us and informed us that a new home had been found for our kitty.
I still can't believe that everything turned out so well, and the worst thing didn't happen.
There is no limit to my gratitude, I could not even imagine that people would help me save the life of my beloved.

When our kitty Asolka died, she was 16 years old. It feels like half my life has been cut short. They immediately started looking for a place to cremate and collect the ashes. And Ansidora is the best option. I called and was answered by a friendly, friendly, sympathetic guy who arrived without delay. He took my baby in his arms and carried her away. And then I waited for the ashes. They also called me and told me what time they would be arriving. It was brought to me by another person, but I also saw sympathy in his eyes. He was very friendly. It is always difficult to write reviews about a given organization and express thoughts. Because the pain of losing a beloved animal is irreplaceable. But I can't help but share. Grief came to our family suddenly and on Christmas night... There are holidays for all people... for us.... It's the weekend in Russia, and of course nothing works. But it is necessary to act... even though my heart is torn to pieces. And if it's a weekend in Russia, then I understand that there is no weekend in the neighboring state, which means I will be looking for Belarus. I searched the Internet at night for a query. There were options. But the choice fell on "Ansidor". Thanks to the helpful Anastasia. She communicated delicately. Detailed, but very careful not to hurt. She explained everything and told me. And she assured me that the whole procedure would take place day after day. And we made a decision - we are going to Minsk. But let him not be a neighbor. We quickly found the destination address. Anastasia got her bearings on the ground. When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed. We carried them into the building ourselves and were allowed to say goodbye. They said they'd call you as soon as it happened. Because you can't stay there. The procedure itself took approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. Anastasia called and we returned. Thank you for your work, no matter how difficult it may be, but you are doing a good deed. And they reacted with understanding. Even the formality is the conclusion of a contract, but this is not unimportant.
