Since he was in a hurry, he did not attach importance to the fact that she asked to pay in cash (notaries accept cards). When she returned a couple of hours later and gave the money to the translator at the counter (a blonde, thick-set woman with Central Asian notes), she quickly handed over the documents to the Turkish employee, said that I had to pay another 1,750 lira and ran away to the other side of the fenced area. To my surprise and questions about how it happened, she shouted at me from the other end of the room in Russian that I was an idiot myself, I didn't understand anything, I came up with everything and in general she didn't tell me anything about the cost of services in 1800 lira. And in general, she began to behave extremely defiantly and incorrectly, almost accusing me of poor hearing, then of poor mind. All this in front of incomprehensible Turks and notary employees. He waved his hand at her, wished her "kolai gelsin" and left. In general, I do not recommend contacting this notary. I hope that my experience will protect someone in the future from a similar situation.
