In 2022, it was possible to visit. There are a lot of people in the hall, there is very little space, there was a queue for the women's toilet.
In 2024, it was not possible to visit: there was a huge queue at the entrance, which did not move in 40 minutes. Visitors with VIP cards were queuing, and a message appeared on the screen next to the entrance: "Sorry, due to the high load, we cannot accommodate you." Crowds of people who have cashed in for the "cip pass" service from tour agents are escorted to the next door by "Staff only".
It is time for those companies that cooperate with this airport in providing business lounge services to reconsider the terms.

Such a "VIP service" is still necessary to look for!!! The queue for visiting the hall is 50 minutes!! Groups of "VIP-VIP clients" are constantly held out of turn, which are formed by guides at the hotel from anyone who is willing to give a certain amount). In short, business in Turkish! There were 50 people in line to visit the business hall... What a surprise it was, when you got inside, you could see the occupancy of the hall by 10%, i.e. if you started all the people eating at once, the occupancy would be 50%!!! Well, the service, compared with Russian ones, is no, the range is very, very meager! There is no voice notification of boarding passengers in the hall (a very strange decision, despite the fact that passenger data is available at the entrance)!

We also read reviews that we couldn't get in, but we still passed (at the end of August), with a premium subscription. There were plenty of empty seats, you could sit. There are charging inputs. It seemed stuffy, which is not very comfortable. The food is very poor, probably the worst business hall in this regard. Rustic potatoes, fried chicken (as in kfs), vegetables, yoghurts, biscuits, nectarines, drinks (cola, tea, sprite, lemonade, water). WIFI -it seems to be there, but it does not catch at all. But if you are with children, then of course it is better here, there is nowhere to sit at the airport at all.
For 100 euros per person, we could take our bags and carry them, feed them properly and deliver them to the plane by shuttle. The service does not cost more than 30 euros. But looking at the huge queues in the general departure hall, you begin to look for and find advantages: The air conditioning is working normally in the CIP room, boiled eggs and coffee from the vending machine are served hot.
The terminal itself is very nice, sofas, bathrooms and snacks! The biggest problem is to get there, because of the reconstruction of the airport, the road to the terminal goes along donkey trails!!!
Honestly, without words. This is the first time we have seen such a disgusting attitude towards Russian tourists with bank cards. They are not allowed into the hall, a huge queue of 10-15 meters is being built, which does not move at all, cip representatives do not go to contact, they can only call the police. To anyone who will ever be at this airport and wants to visit this institution, my advice to you is to refrain and do not rush to waste the opportunity to pass.
A great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the airport. I strongly recommend the owners of any loyalty cards because the price tag for entry is inhumane - 70 euros. There are many halls. There is a view of the inside of the airport, on the runway, planes. There are cheese sandwiches, mashed soup, cookies, croissants, carbonated drinks and fruits. No frills. For 70 euros, it's not worth it, according to the loyalty card, it's the most. WiFi often does not work, take local SIM cards, there are sockets. There are no voice alerts - look at the screen when your flight announces boarding there. Inside there is a small dutik for the rich - well, to buy booze and perfume.
There's nothing right at this airport. The 2nd busiest in Turkey. There are a total of 3 lines of passenger landing platforms at the airport. The total capacity is up to 20 vehicles. At least half of them have vehicles parked constantly. Landing passengers is torture. Constantly fighting, fighting. Especially experienced captains repeatedly transfer their solution suggestions helplessly to the security they find there, but of course they stay there. The solution moisture? Vertical parking, not horizontal .go to the bus stations and look . Capacity increases to 3-4 profits. (It was the old version, now supposedly the area has expanded, but the capacity has decreased for T2) Who drew up the plan in this way? All the captains are curious .

CIP is a very convenient service, it is definitely worth your money. The atmosphere in the lounge is pleasant, they will take care of you 100%%

The only problem is to find this terminal on departure. Taxi drivers do not know about it either at the main airport or taxi drivers from the outside.

If you have been to at least one business hall in a large metropolis, for example, Moscow, it will be obvious to you that this CIP is profanity. A very small room, a meager selection of drinks and food. In order for the table to be cleaned for the previous visitor, you need to ask for it, otherwise they may not clean anything for hours. The toilet is probably clean by local standards, but the lock is broken in the women's toilet! Wi-Fi does not work at all - this is the biggest drawback!
They were met at the ramp and brought to the terminal. Drinks sandwiches fruits are all beautiful. Passport control is also here. Noooo. We waited for the luggage for 2 hours. The Russian-speaking staff disappeared, swearing in a mixture of Russian English and obscene.
