Despite the huge workload, everything goes very quickly, comfortably, it's easy to navigate, there are a lot of scoreboards with pointers. Being in different halls (registration, passport control, duty free, waiting room) is comfortable, not stuffy, there are places in the waiting room, clean, there are many places where you can have a snack. There is a taxfree refund, airport staff help to use this service. Airport staff are ready to help with various issues (friends forgot things with documents on the bus before departure, airport staff promptly found the bus driver and returned everything quickly). Convenient location of representatives of tour operators, everything is close, you do not need to look for a transfer nearby. We are waiting for the expansion of the airport (a new terminal is being built). We hope it will be even more convenient.

A small clean terminal, convenient transportation, but ..
There was half a day between flights, we wanted to leave our luggage in this terminal in the luggage room. As it turned out, only it has this service, but all the storage cells, and there are as many as 30 of them in the city of a million people, were occupied.. huge areas are not occupied, why can't you do at least such a small thing for people?

A wonderful terminal. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. There is a place to eat. For us, this is the closest airport when we fly inside Russia. The only remark, when I met relatives from Kazan this time, I missed twice, driving not into the arrival hall, but into the departure hall. I would like the sign turn to the arrival hall to be more understandable and somewhere in advance, so as not to miss.

There are very few places for people to sit. The pandemonium is constant, there are many flights.
There are huge queues for check-in, people are standing for a very long time, baggage check-in takes at least an hour. Airport workers are not in a hurry, they obviously have nowhere to hurry, they don't think about people at all. And that's always the case. I fly to Antalya 2 times a year.

We took off on 10/15/2024 by Turkish Airlines to Istanbul for a connecting flight to Kazan . The flight was initially delayed for 40 minutes. Further more. When loading luggage due to a staff error, the luggage was loaded, then unloaded and loaded again. As a result, we arrived in Istanbul 2 hours later, and missed the connecting flight. Thanks to the Travelata tour company, which did not abandon us and bought tickets for another flight.The terminal and waiting rooms are ordinary.

A huge terminal, but catastrophically few seats, everyone is sitting (sleeping) on mats! The prices are expensive, as for domestic flights! There is a cafe for taxi drivers nearby - it's cheap there :)

They sent me to print the ticket, but they don't accept the electronic one.... As a result, it takes about 6 hours in a single cafe.... Those who have night flights do not recommend it very much, since even in a cafe there may not be enough seats. There is no normal Wi-Fi. Maintenance is zero.

The terminal is combined with the international one. There are very few places in the check-in hall to wait for the start of check-in for the flight - there is no point in arriving earlier. The inspection and the space in front of the boarding gates is compact. There aren't many places either.. There are places in front of 200+ exits. This is relevant if the flight is delayed.. There are not so many flights and a couple of cafes cope with those who want to have a snack. Repairs are currently underway at the entrance to the terminal. The tram does not reach, and buses run extremely rarely - probably taxi drivers are lobbying ...)

An extremely inconvenient, crowded, dirty airport. The main disadvantage of this summer (it may have been so before): despite the electronic registration, the self-printed boarding passes and the lack of luggage were not allowed to pass through the inspection and were returned to the queue (huge) at the counter to print the boarding pass there. Only such boarding passes are accepted. It's utter nonsense, the queues are wild.

At the beginning of June this year, Turkishas were simply burned. The terminal is stuffy for more than 30 and an attempt to cash in on the excess baggage. They probably joined the EU. Well, either the air conditioners should be turned on, or the crosses should be taken off. Check-in, which usually took 30-40 minutes (well, a big plane), this time it took 105 minutes to board! The day before, there was a strike by baggage handlers. It's a warm country, but it's never a happy one.

The terminal is quite busy due to the large transfer flow. There are a lot of people - travelers. There are very few boarding months in the sterile area and people are often forced to sit on the floor while waiting for a flight. I was passing through in the middle of July 2023. Waiting for the flight for 7 hours, I hardly found a place to sit down. It's very stuffy. Ventilation is not coping. When boarding the flight, the baggage receipt was taken at the control along with the receipt. It's not just me. They didn't return it, 5 minutes were allotted for landing and the simplest "I don't understand" was all we heard. The luggage arrived as expected, but I had to worry because the flight was a transfer flight. If it weren't for the stuffiness and the availability of enough places to wait, it would be possible to put a five. Negligent staff is found everywhere. Although it is the Turkish airports that differ in that the dispatchers there are hoarsely trying to reach passengers who are late for the flight.

A great terminal. There is an Internet connection.. A little and no, BUT THERE IS!!! The WI-FI counter is directly opposite the descent after passport control.
I waited for my husband for half a day.. And he arrived at Terminal 2....It also happens that way. See your Departure and arrival Terminal there are two of them in Antalya.
