Sooo slow employees. Wild queues are created out of the blue.
A big dude, but the price tag is significantly overstated even at sales. It applies to alcohol, cosmetics, and cigarettes.
Food court - fanta 0.5-8 euros, coffee - 10 euros, sandwich-10 euros. Turkish goods have price tags approximately multiplied by 4 in relation to prices in tourist markets. The gate number is not printed on the ticket, then you need to look at the scoreboard, it is very inconvenient. Well, the tradition of Russian-speaking tourists is that only our people are endlessly searched for with surnames, announcing dozens of times and delaying departures, because comrades are hanging in a dutik or with beer, and let the whole world wait for them) there is no separate queue for mothers with babies at customs control. Children get terribly tired of all the super slow-motion procedures. Our flight passed exactly on time, but in general the attitude, price tags and slowness deliberately left an unpleasant aftertaste.
Everything seems to be fine with security. But a lot of people. You can only be comfortable in the business class lounge, although even there we hardly found a place to stay. Dirty, even in business. The cost of a paid entrance to the business class lounge is unrealistic - about 70 dollars or Euros, I don't remember exactly. But you can log in through different applications, banking partners, etc. - for a very reasonable fee. However, even in the business class lounge, you should not expect silence and cleanliness.
We took a Fast track service from the hotel. And it was worth it!
We passed all the inspections along the green corridor without queues and fuss, and the departure was expected in the business hall, and there was food, drinks, sofas, condos and WiFi!
It's a good airport. Everything is fine. Convenient signs and glowing placards. There is a place to eat and wait for the announcement of boarding the plane. Duty Free is available of course. But do not forget that Russian cards do not pass there. Dollars, euros, etc.
A large, spacious airport. There are no places to sit in the departure lounge. There is one in the arrivals hall. Duty free sometimes comes across a stick.
The fast track service was extremely necessary this time. The CIP Lounge is great! There is a smoking balcony overlooking the airport. A wide variety of food and snacks. Soft drinks
It's okay, but it's too small for so many passengers
While waiting for the right terminal, I had to find 0.5 square meters standing.
And this is a merit.
There's not even room to stand, let alone sit
Only on the floor and then not everywhere
It's the second time I've noticed that they pass it with water, which is a plus. But the prices for water, coffee and food in the departure area are sky-high. Since my plane caught fire, we took off 12 hours later, and stayed in a great hotel for the night
Friendly staff, comfortable waiting rooms, there are signs, everything is clear, there are smoking rooms, a modern airport. A new terminal is being built, it will be even better.
It's a good airport, and most importantly, it's big and has everything. It's a pity, but the quality of perfumes in duty-free casts doubt on the originality.
Of course, the airport hall is too small for such a huge flow of tourists. However, the service is fast, without unnecessary movements. Food prices are high, we bought a sandwich for 8 euros, except for a thick bun and a couple of pieces of chicken, nothing. It doesn't taste good. Even without the sauce. Duty free is small, there are queues at the ticket offices, but it won't be long.
The direction of movement is indicated, everything is clear. Information in Russian is given
A cool airport, no problems except Wi-Fi for Russians, everyone uses it, but it is ordered for us but does not issue a code for free Wi-Fi, and so you pass everywhere without problems, but this is just a problem
The airport is good, but very crowded, there are always a lot of people who can't get through. There is a constant crowd at the check-in point and at the boarding gate. There is always a huge crowd at the baggage claim point
On arrival, the luggage was waiting for a long time. 4 flights were unloaded on one tape, there was a crush. On the way back, registration was not opened for a long time, registration began 2 hours before departure. There are no places to sit. The Dutik is large, at reasonable prices, more expensive in Moscow. Clear.
The airport is small, easy navigation, a lot of information boards, but problems with Wi-Fi. It works well for 15 minutes, after that it throws it off the Internet.
They were served pretty quickly. It is comfortable in the arrival area. There is not much space in the departure area. There are few seats. In the heat, it's stuffy.
A very large airport. There is a big construction going on. There will be even more. In the meantime, I had to wait 6 hours in uncomfortable conditions. There was nowhere to sit for the first 2 hours. Space prices. There is no normal hot food, just fast food.
I give 4 stars, because duty free is more like a kiosk at an airport with a lot of tourists. It is worth noting the tribute to customs, EVERYTHING IS FOR CHILDREN!!! Water, please, and so on! Keep it up !
There are a lot of people, especially in the summer. But the staff are working quickly. The international terminal is very small, I walked in a circle and that's it. It's hot and stuffy in summer, there's nowhere to sit. The departure of domestic flights is more spacious. Cool sharks at baggage claim for domestic flights
We are waiting for the opening of the new terminal! This one is already too small for new records of tourist flow to Antalya!!! Long queues at the business hall and in general for food!
Well, this is a famous aviation hell! An incredible number of people, planes, inspection systems, controls, and so on. They register you don't understand how. When buying a fast track, they managed to register the whole family in different places on the plane, they could barely fix this situation. The airport is operating beyond its capabilities.
In general, it is fine, but there are very few seats. The terminal is crowded during the season. It was also confusing that exits 63 and 64 are on a different floor than the others. That is, you see exit 62 and next to it 65))
The usual terminal, which is loaded in the season. Nothing has changed much here in the last ten years.
Navigation is simple.
There is no special shine.
Come in advance to have time to wander in duty free, if for the first time, and do not want to be nervous
Well, to be honest, everything is organized so-so. Not a very big duty free. The exit is announced 30 minutes before boarding. There aren't many places to sit. Well, there is no free wi-fi
The airport itself is great! At passport control, $250 was stolen from the passport! We turned to the airport staff, but no one could answer anything like that! They said that no one saw anything! Don't forget the money in the passport cover if you leave it there! Of course, it's his own fault, but still!
We arrived from Moscow on a charter flight. Everything went quickly and organized. Passport control, baggage claim. A small queue. It's a small room, but everything is clear.
Convenient location to the resort area. The terminal is also convenient, everything is clear, even if you find yourself for the first time, there are many places to wait, reasonable prices in various cafes, good Wi-Fi. Convenient location of boarding gates, quick passage of customs and border control.
Terribly rude customs officers, and the entire airport staff! There are crowds everywhere. The queue at the worst business hall I've ever visited. The absence of any food in the business lounge. Sandwich and cookies, that's all the food
It is quite crowded, noisy, and very crowded during the season. Expensive food, water for three dollars, but small bottles can be carried through security.
But in general, it is tolerable — he arrived and flew away.
In principle, everything was fine with me, only there are very few seats and there is no decent place to eat. And so everything was arranged, there was not a long queue at the registration, the staff were all very polite
A normal airport. Additional buildings are being built. Terminals.
There is Internet access with pin authorization. It can be obtained through a special terminal, using a biometric passport.
Access is limited in time (about 15 minutes)
The unique coherence of the work of the terminal staff. Every 2-3 minutes there is either takeoff or landing.
Uninterrupted conveyor of work with passengers, everything is available, everything is clear. In Antalya, even passport control is an order of magnitude shorter. And this cannot be called irresponsibility. The only thing I really didn't like in the waiting rooms is the crazy prices for everything (food, water, perfume, ice cream, alcohol, etc.) and all prices in euros. And so there are no words in assessing the work of this largest airport in the world. Antalya!!! That says it all.!!!
The airport is big. The prices are huge. There are many exits and many flights. There is a paid Wi-Fi service. Passport control was carried out quickly. Like it.
A comfortable airport. We used the Fast Track service, everything is OK. It is convenient- without queues, we walked freely, and waited in the business hall. The waiting time flew by unnoticed. The business lounge has cold/hot drinks, snacks, pastries, fruits, a smoking room and its own small Duty Free. The choice is small, we went down to the floor below - there is a hall with a large assortment.
A big beautiful terminal, lots of shops.
+ You can approach the girls at Starbucks and ask for access codes to wi fi without buying coffee (11 euros per cup is too expensive for me).
Comfortable:there are a lot of seats: the chairs are soft, comfortable to sit. There are tables between the chairs. Of course, it cannot be compared with the Koltsovo airport: there is only hardcore:, the chairs are hard plastic.
The prices are amazing.
Wi-Fi appeared (maybe it was a long time ago), but I noticed it only this year. You can get it using your passport(? I saw how people spend their passport on the scan) at a separate counter.
Clear. Comfortable. Border guards with the same protocol faces as ours. That's probably the job.
The toilets are clean.
Registration is fast.
There is a problem with getting luggage: you have to wait. Previously, luggage was given out very quickly. The aborigines say:there is no one to work. Well, maybe.
Queues to cross the border are moving fast:There are no complaints.
The airport is convenient, comfortable, everything passes quickly, there are no problems and queues, unlike in Russia. Somehow they know how to organize everything.
I'm not sure if anyone is interested in the reviews of the terminal. But this hub has been in need of expansion for a long time. Loud, crowded, uncomfortable, constant fuss... stress. The horror is shorter. Especially terrible for those with children. The notifications are special, nothing is clear or audible at all.
The airport is extremely overloaded, there is very little information, even when something is announced in Russian, it is very difficult to understand what is being said. The lounge area is small and there is a huge queue. The building is very hot and stuffy.
