We turned to Tukez "on the recommendation" of this agency - back in October. We paid for the services and waited for a rendezvous to submit documents for a residence permit.
On January 13, we came to the rendezvous with the documents that were prepared from the Tukez office. In the window, the employee said that most of the documents were not attached (no criminal record, registration documents, a copy of the identity card) - and turned us around.
They immediately contacted the employee who handed over the documents - he said "oh" and did not finish printing. I offered to print it out on the spot, some of it was printed out, but I did not send 1 document. And he offered to hand over an incomplete set of documents - to bring them later. Tukez called it the "human factor."
In fact, on February 1 and 2, they received refusals, but that document was never sent.
After the refusal, we asked to return part of the unused insurance period (we have to leave Turkey) and compensate for the unproven document collection service. As a result, we were refused with the answer: they don't give a residence permit to Russians now and it's not about the documents. We will also not refund for the insurance.
Therefore, I definitely do not recommend contacting the "human factor" professionals. As a result, you will be left without money and results.
