An interesting format, this has never been seen before, in fact, it is a Zoo Park, i.e. a large area with many areas for recreation, picnics and walks + a bonus there are many large aviaries with animals.
We arrived by car with Turkish license plates, at the entrance they ask in English "are you tourists?", there was a temptation to say no, then the price would be a penny (they say 20 lira), but I do not speak Turkish, I had to tell the truth, and the price immediately increased many times, although it was still acceptable, 400 lira was given for the car, in which the five of us stopped by.
They give out a card, a little complicated and not always relevant, but in general it helps a lot.
We drove to one of the parking lots and went to wander between the enclosures, there were few people, but I think that this format is very popular with locals on weekends, so it's better to go on a weekday.
Exotic animals are not to be found, elephants, giraffes and hippos are not there, but there are lions, tigers, bears, camels, zebras, deer, etc. The enclosures are spacious, the animals look good, we were at the end of October at 5 pm, it is not so hot and the animals are active, they come to beg and chat, it was interesting. There is a children's area with rabbits, goats, turtles, it looks like you can feed the animals there for an additional fee, but there were no workers anymore, and we just watched.
The park is located on a hillside, the terrain is appropriate, you need to walk up and down between the enclosures, it will not be easy in the sun and heat and it is better to have suitable shoes.
You can't feed the animals, they announce this in Turkish and in Russian. Apparently, our people succeeded in this. But they only said about the working hours in Turkish, we still did not understand how long the park was open, it was written until 19, but after the announcement at 17:45, the Turks abruptly gathered and we decided not to tempt fate and also left before 18.
In general, an interesting place, like a zoo, is, of course, a little weak (therefore a minus star), but in general we had a great walk, I definitely recommend visiting.

A wonderful zoo where animals live outdoors, in large enclosures. There are many zookeepers who clean, feed, and clean all the time. The conditions are as close as possible to natural ones: in the aviaries there is space, trees, rocks and even streams and waterfalls. There are many places to relax and have a picnic. Very clean. There are a couple of cafes for a light snack, playgrounds. Part of the zoo is located on an uphill climb.
A wonderful place where animals are not sad to look at, because they are cleanly fed and free there.

A wonderful zoo. They charge visitors pennies, at the time of the visit the entrance ticket cost 7 lira (21p.). On the territory of the zoo there are fountains where you can refresh yourself, there are gazebos, we did not know about this, so we came without food, you can safely take a snack with you. There are vending machines where you can buy drinks, but keep in mind that you can only pay by card in the vending machine, we did not have such an opportunity, we are with cash, take more water with you.

A great place to relax with the whole family. A huge territory, many different animals and birds. The animals are kept in spacious enclosures. There are fountains with drinking water and gazebos for relaxation. Lots of greenery.

Wonderful big zoo! There is a map of the zoo and there is a detailed route from point A (ducks) to point B (zebras) - that is, you can see all of them. It's clean, beautiful, and yes, you have to climb high up the mountain in some places :)

A fairly clean place with very well-groomed and well-fed animals. Some can be petted at your own risk, but most are in safe enclosures to protect particularly incomprehensible "humans".
Entrance is paid, but the price is adequate. Children under 6 years old are free of charge. I advise you to check the working hours on the official website, since they have a day off on Mondays, but everything can change.
The zoo is located almost on the mountainside, so the road will periodically lead to the top, which will seem very exhausting in the heat. It is better to choose a cloudy day to visit. The abundance of greenery does not save you from the heat.
Drinking fountains and water vending machines are available here, but it is better to take water with you. The restrooms were only seen at the entrance, but in any case you will be given a map when you visit, so you can find everything without much difficulty.
There are a lot of animals and birds here. There is someone to look at and stick to the cage for a while. In general, I recommend visiting

A large territory, you drive right into the park by car, the aviaries are spacious: the price for 2 adults and two children is 400 liras. There are few animals, it's kind of deserted, the bears, who really wanted to see a terribly uncomfortable approach with a disgusting smell, wanted to quickly escape from there. There are unwashed glasses on the tiger enclosure, through which nothing can be seen. The only thing that gave pleasure was to see a cheerful family of capuchins who carefully looked after each other and a pond with turtles. And so boring, I have never seen a more dense zoo. A great place to stay with children. The four of them entered the territory in a car. The payment is some ridiculous money, about 100 rubles for everyone. We were surprised for a long time.
Lots of animals. Everything is in good condition.
There were few visitors. We visited in August on a weekday. We arrived at the opening itself while it was still cool and went around everything in 2.5 hours. Then it got very hot. That way we could have stayed longer.

I've been planning to visit the zoo for a long time. Finally, there was such an opportunity on this trip. I didn't expect it to be so big. The territory is simply huge. We spent 4 hours there. We could have done more.))

We were at the zoo on October 12th. It was +28 outside, comfortable in the shade, not hot, especially when the breeze was blowing. Which ones are there, all in plain sight, do not hide from the heat, because the zoo is in the forest. Some animals can be petted and fed, deer and mountain goats are generally insolent (in a good way). The price of admission is generally a laugh. For 4 people by car, they paid 20 lira ( that's 80 rubles ) By the way, yes, you can drive to the zoo and park safely.

I got into the territory completely by accident. I just took the tram to the station - I wanted to go in one direction, but my compatriots asked where the zoo was and I realized that I also needed to go there. It takes about 7 minutes to walk from the bus stop to the entrance to the zoo.
Entrance for an adult is a penny. Something up to 50 rubles.
The territory is large, there are many animals.
I was afraid to approach the lions, I avoided them.
I saw that there is a playground near the entrance, if anyone needs it.
You go upstairs all the time. And I got into a temperature of plus 40 in July of the 23rd year. There are gazebos and a lot of benches. But you can buy some water only at the beginning of the route. It seems that I saw only one cafe and one small shop.
The birds (at the very top of the route) have gazebos where you can relax and have a snack. And there is a wonderful view of the city from there.
At the very beginning of the route there is also an area with gazebos where, in general, a picnic can be arranged.

A wonderful place! Nature, quiet, sparsely populated. It costs 20 liras to get to the territory by car. Of the cons, everything is already somewhat dilapidated. There is no food on site, only ice cream in one cafe and drinks. Huge height differences. It's hard to walk in places.
