Everything is great. Pleasant staff, convenient location - near the main attractions, the sea, the square, a bunch of cafes (here is a personal recommendation - Kebab House at the intersection of Denyush and Pidegi streets, there are relatively the lowest prices for all nearby, very tasty and large portions, and the owner (he is also a cook and waiter) is just a darling).
The room is relatively modest in size, the bathroom is quite cramped. Clean, daily cleaning. Of the additional advantages, a swimming pool and baths are included in the price (although not all baths are open every day), and there is a terrace with sea views upstairs. Breakfast is a buffet, you can eat a hearty and varied meal for every taste) on your birthday, they also brought a small cake with candles to the music and congratulated ;)

Excellent breakfasts, everything is fresh and varied enough. The hotel is small and pleasant, but a renovation in the bathroom would really not hurt, there is mold in the tile seams. The staff is pleasant, they clean every day, they don't know Russian, they communicate in English. They are very friendly and respond promptly to requests. The main sights of the old town are within walking distance, although we live near the Bosphorus, it's tedious to climb the mountain:) Overall, we are happy, we have been living here for 4 days, and there are 3 more to come.

Hospitality is a distinctive feature of this hotel from others! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, it is a pleasure to be here, despite the very small room with a view of the wall, which we were quite satisfied with, since the windows of the hotels in Istanbul's old city overlook more than 50% of the windows of the opposite hotel. Downstairs there is a hammam, a steam room, a Finnish sauna and a swimming pool. Everything is small, but a maximum of 5 people met there at the same time, although the hotel was full. It was nice to steam before going to bed. The hotel is very warm in January, everything that is possible is heated (floors, a coil in the bathroom). Many attractions are within walking distance.

The hotel left a mixed impression.. On the one hand, it is close to the center (1 km. to the hippodrome square) and on the shore of the Marmara Sea, clean, reasonable price, there is a hammam, friendly staff. On the other hand, at least cosmetic repairs are clearly required, the breakfasts are monotonous, and most rooms overlook neighboring buildings. A pleasant hotel for a city holiday! Friendly staff, explain everything, politely and sincerely. Upon check-in, they were treated to drinks, the room was given a nice and clean one. The most interesting feature is the terrace overlooking the Marmara Sea! It is very pleasant to sit there in the evening and drink wine after a long day of walking.
We didn't use the pool and sauna, but we looked in - everything looks good!
The breakfasts are similar, but everything is delicious and fresh, we had enough))

I liked the hotel. There is a swimming pool, sauna, hammam and another steam bath. There are towels and slippers by the pool. The rooms are spacious, we had a 4-bed with a view of the park (right next to the hotel). If you take the elevator to the observation deck, you can see the sea and it is very beautiful to meet the sunsets.
The breakfasts are not very varied, but delicious. There is room service (from a cafe around the corner).
Bus 19 stops right at the entrance to the hotel. Within walking distance of markets, mosques, a large Gulhane park, which ends with a cafe overlooking the Bosphorus. Within walking distance (10 minutes) there is a tram stop that will take you across the Galata Bridge to another part of the city in 15 minutes. You can pay with a card at the entrance.

The breakfasts are good, quite sufficient.The hotel is not new, but cozy, for some reason it reminded me of "old European hotels with a history.".. Four floors, a small elevator, a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and another on the ground floor, a gym, a spa and a small heated pool. At first, the "interior details" that require updating are a little confusing, but this is not the main thing and the hotel is not 5*. Cleanly. The room has a refrigerator, a safe, bathroom amenities, water, tea, coffee and a kettle. Everything is replenished if necessary. The staff is friendly, helpful, attentive. Calm, pleasant, relaxing music was played at breakfast and in the pool. Communication with the staff in English or "pantomime". Do not rush to change the room, if you do not like something, the staff tries to please. There is a small park with a fountain in front of the hotel, but the place is quite calm. The mullah started singing at 6.40, but he didn't need an alarm clock. As a result, we realized that we were very satisfied with the hotel.Daily sunrises and sunsets on the terrace, pleasant relaxation in the spa and pool after long walks have replaced "all luxury" for us!! A nice bonus is that one block away from the sea there is a small square, near a minimarket with adequate prices, a pharmacy with Russian-speaking pharmacists and a whole street of wholesalers of children's goods.

Nice hotel. Of course, there are shortcomings in the repair. But being in Istanbul, having seen all the beauties. When you come to the hotel, you don't notice anything wrong. The food is delicious. Where you can choose any fish or seafood delicacy and in the nearest cafe for 300 rubles they will cook everything for you!

I really didn't like everything! It's old and it stinks, and the food for breakfast is bad. There was only one plus, a balcony in the room with a table, but this is an expensive room, and if you take the usual one, then the view from it is into the wall. Nice hotel. A good breakfast buffet. Interesting entourage in the room. And in the whole hotel . There is a conductor, a small refrigerator. The hotel is very hard to find if you eat by public transport. The hotel is very tired, the rooms are small and very good audibility, the SPA did not like it, the pool is small, the cleaning of the SPA area is bad, the doors to the hammam creak very much, there is no opportunity to drink tea. The windows of the room faced the road and at night it was very noisy from cars.
But there are also good points. The hotel has excellent staff, very friendly people. Good breakfast. I was pleased with the pleasant music.

A wonderful hotel, we stayed there twice for the May holidays, located within walking distance from the famous places of Istanbul, a beautiful terrace on the roof and on the 1st floor; friendly staff, delicious varied breakfast, daily cleaning. She stayed at the hotel in February 2023 for a week. Very comfortable. The room has central heating, underfloor heating in the bathroom.., plumbing is as new, everything is working properly ..., the mattress of the bed is very comfortable, the blanket is cozy and warm.., bed linen is 100% cotton , soft.. cleaning every day.. the breakfasts are excellent.., the staff is attentive.. the location is convenient ,- 5 minutes walk to the tram line .., 8 minutes and you are in the center .., 2 minutes, - and here is the embankment.. The room is small but comfortable..,- slippers, bathrobes, towels.. shampoo, hair balm, shower gel ..tea , coffee, bottled water ..
in the evening (starting at 10 a.m.), relax well in the sauna .., a pool with warm water..
I sincerely recommend this hotel

A good hotel with smiling staff, rooms were cleaned every day, all the staff is good-natured and tries to help you, even if you try to explain to them in broken English, especially the guy with glasses even used a translator to understand me. The breakfasts are delicious, but on the 6th day the omelet was already having nightmares, I would like a variety. And another moment confused me. One of the hotel staff (I don't remember his name) upon arrival, he began to show me and my mother wet signs of attention, but when he was refused, he immediately forgot about our existence (fortunately) and liked everything so much 😊

We were from September 11-16, the hotel is friendly, with a spa (hammam, sauna, small pool) in order for the hammam to work, you need to ask the administrator to turn it on. The staff is English-speaking, only welcome words in Russian. But Yandex translator helped out 👍 Breakfast is good- yogurt, walnuts, 4 types of fruits (plum, nectarine, pear, apple) boiled egg, scramble, cheeses ... you won't stay hungry;).
