We were there in November, we really liked it, it was quiet, the room was cozy, but small, the breakfasts were good, the restaurant with a variety of dishes and with a great view of the Bosphorus. Very friendly staff, special thanks to Ismail for his kind attitude and high-quality service.
Very good location, near the tram stop, metro (which is very convenient, you can get quickly wherever you want!) The Grand Bazaar is a 2-minute walk away, and there are many different shops. The price and quality are consistent, room cleaning and linen change every day.
The hotel provided all the information on excursions, helped to call a taxi to the airport.

The hotel is very conveniently located, you can walk to the central attractions, the market, near the tram. Upon check-in, it was clear that the room was not very well cleaned. But the staff responded to all requests instantly, they were very polite. The sound insulation is frankly bad, and your sleep depends on other guests. On the 5th floor there is a view restaurant with very affordable prices, live music and Russian-speaking staff.

At first, we were moved into room 118, but the air conditioner in the children's room did not work there. They tried to fix the air conditioner for a long time and persistently by flushing the filters from dust. Closer to midnight, we were moved to room 120. The air conditioners worked there, but poorly - the equipment is old, it is not particularly monitored.
The room is clean, towels were changed regularly. The water was in the refrigerator only at check-in, then the stock was not replenished.
Breakfast is typical Turkish, but in the form of a buffet. There were fruits and cookies/cupcakes.
We had an early check-out, we asked for snacks/sandwiches for the road - they refused us.
Our room rate also included a transfer from the airport to the hotel. We asked to replace it with a return one - from the hotel to the airport. We were refused. We offered a transfer for 60 euros and a discount of 10 euros.

A great hotel, small, clean, the staff is very polite, the rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day for the entire period of arrival from 08/08/2023 to 08/08/2023. The breakfasts are excellent with a wonderful view of the Bosphorus. I definitely recommend visiting Istanbul and definitely this hotel. Convenient location, everything is within walking distance. To the staff, many thanks for such a welcome.

Great hotel.
Accidental acquisition is a godsend.
In the historical center. Within walking distance from the Grand Bazaar, surrounded by numerous and very useful shops.
The rooms are not large, but with everything you need.
The restaurant is on the top floor with panoramic views of both the Bosphorus and the city.
The cuisine is excellent-a diverse selection of good quality dishes.
The cleanliness is perfect.
The hotel has a hotel museum in the basement - an ancient cistern, artifacts in the showcases. There are antiquities and historical references with explanations in the storefronts on the floors.
The staff works clearly and harmoniously.
The service is excellent, friendly.
Clean, cozy, delicious, sincere.

It's cold in the rooms, we rested at the end of November, when the temperature outside the window is 2-6 degrees, blowing from the window. The audibility is very high. It's like the walls are made of cardboard. A double bed is two small ones pushed together, respectively, there is a hole between them. The disposable slippers were all full of holes and torn, so I had to throw them away.

A wonderful hotel , clean, cozy , the staff is polite , the rooms were cleaned every day , towels were changed every day, great ! Breakfast on the 5th floor overlooking the sea is just a delight, it's the same for breakfast every time, but the choice is great for any person. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay. The location is very good - near the tram, metro, the old part of the city with a bunch of museums and mosques within walking distance!

A good restaurant on the top floor, the price is high quality!
You won't find the location without a map even on the third day)))

One of the advantages is the location and the view from the window. The fact that there are photos in the hotel card is still not the same, they won't let you sit there so easily and the staff needs to ask for everything a hundred times. According to the photos, everything is bad in fact.

The worst hotel in my life. Lack of proper food. The lack of water in the room , the keys fall off where to insert the card . For breakfast, a cupcake with mold . 150 Turkish lira was demanded for a dirty towel . I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Although he is in a good location, it's not worth it. Your personal belongings will be moved as it is convenient for the maid.

The service is closer to 3 stars, but the staff behave politely and correctly.
The hotel is well located - it is convenient to travel around the city (metro, bus station, tram), unless of course your goal is not only Sultanahmed district (two stops by tram T1 or 15-20 minutes on foot).
The sound insulation is weak, but we had adequate neighbors.
The breakfasts are normal, the choice is large, for different tastes, but the usual omelets \ scrambled eggs are not made. But there are other types of omelette, a selection of cheeses, some sausage, olives, bread, fruits and some sweets.
The rooftop restaurant is so-so, the fish is nothing 38lir), but nothing outstanding. In the evening, they immediately deduct ~ 10% for the service, this was not allowed at lunch.
But the view from the roof terrace is good, I recommend it. In general, you can go to the restaurant on the roof of different hotels, you don't have to live in them.
I will note the tricky Wi-Fi authorization by passport number. There were difficulties working with two devices using the same passport number, I kicked the reception twice, and on the second attempt a young employee (helped with suitcases earlier) ensured reliable operation. The Wi-Fi signal is stable, the speed is up to 160kbytes / s, there is enough for the Internet, YouTube has not been watched, Istanbul is outside the window :).
