We stayed for 1 night. Overall, the hostel is good, very well located, 2 minutes from Hagia Sophia. We took a standard double room. They even gave me a four-seater))) The beds and pillows are comfortable.
The room is clean, the shower is good, the view from the window is to nowhere))) on the wall. Well, okay, it didn't matter for 1 night.
Breakfast on the glazed veranda overlooking the Bosphorus is a miracle. The breakfast itself is classic Turkish - very tasty: egg, bread, 3 pieces of cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, orange, sliced apples, French fries, olives, jam, chocolate paste
There is an open veranda on the roof, super!
I take off the star only for 1 moment - the bed linen is all in holes or sewn up... I put one duvet cover away altogether, because I couldn't choose which side to make it, there were big holes everywhere, just rags. And the towel was stained. And there was a feeling that the bedding was stale, I have never encountered such a thing. This is not very good, of course... It's just unpleasant.
And so everything is fine, in general, I recommend the hostel.
The excellent location of the hotel, a quiet quiet street, but all the main attractions are within walking distance. The hotel itself is certainly not the first freshness, it is a building that has been tested for years, with its flaws and memories of numerous people who have visited here. Our trip was short, for four nights. Upstairs there is a terrace overlooking the sea, every day I was fed a delicious hearty breakfast. Our room was on the second floor, room 6, the Windows faced the courtyard. Because we were traveling with a two-year-old child, the stroller was left on the ground floor. Also on the day of departure, we were allowed to store a suitcase on the ground floor without any problems, so we managed to walk and shop before lunch. The bed is wide, the three of us slept with the baby, comfortably. What I would recommend to the hotel is to update the bed linen and towels, everything was clean, but already gray) Thank you for your hospitality and see you in Istanbul!❤
I don't know where so many rave reviews come from. The hostel is good only during breakfast on the terrace - yes, it's beautiful, on the roof, a pretty hearty breakfast, delicious, but then you return to a dirty room for six (floors and shelves are all dirty), which does not close, there are no lockers either, unless you have your own lock, a towel for an additional fee, locker, you can also buy - rent, but the deposit is not refundable (this system needs to be checked - was I told for one day? 100 liras will be expensive for you, you should have come with your lock - I probably should have known that) the location is pretty good in a seedy area, full of restiks and terraces, the city center, but the cons are that cars drive, people chatter, again, no doors close at night. The contingent is traveling youth, very nice people - everyone talks at breakfast, gets to know each other, hangs out together afterwards - the spirit of the family is present. The feeling of security is not something.
We decided to spontaneously go to Istanbul for the New Year! We were looking for an inexpensive hotel, found this one, booked it, found it quickly, the room was normal, but it was very cold in it. Breakfast was included on the terrace overlooking the sea, which is good! Because the prices for food in cafes and restaurants are simply cosmic! The hotel staff is friendly, I liked everything! The location is also very convenient!
The hostel is located in the very center of tourist Istanbul - you can say that right on Sultanahmet Square. There are separate rooms. They are small in size, but they have everything you need. There is always heating and hot water. Breakfast is included in the price. I have stayed at this hotel twice. Price-quality 👍
Disgusting hostel. After reading the positive reviews, I arrived for 6 nights, arrived at the time of check-in immediately after cleaning, and this is what I found: dirty men's socks on the table, a bottle of water, dirty floors with hair in the bathroom, stained walls, cookie crumbs and hair in the beds, bed linen was not changed before my check-in!!!! Breakfast, two cheap jams, the composition of which is unknown, I did not dare, butter like margarine, stewed potatoes were icy for breakfast for two days in a row, they did not even try to reheat in the microwave. Olives are salted so much that it is impossible to eat, and the cheese is plastic without taste, and one day it was mildewed. I only ate an egg, two slices of tomato and tea. Bread costs half a day on the street until everyone has breakfast, then the same bread is served again for two days, it's crackers, not bread.
Next, the room is dirty -I complained and I was immediately moved to another room a little better in cleanliness, but not for 4 beds, but for 8 people, although I bought for 4! Three days later, I was moved back to the same room. And what do you think? Again, the same socks only under the table, and the same bed linen on the same bed, I remembered it by the blue spots. They didn't change it before me, they didn't change it after me, and then they didn't change it after the person again. Unsanitary conditions ! If it were Russia, I would not have bothered to go to this hostel to write an application for checking this accommodation.
A good place for your money. Great location, good breakfast. The staff stood out especially) Onur, thank you very much for your attention and understanding.
I can recommend it.
It was in October 2023. A great hotel in its price category. Geographically sooo conveniently located. 2 min to St.Sofia, 2 min to the Topkapi palace, 2 min to the tram stop. The staff is friendly, there is a cozy terrace. The breakfasts are delicious and very satisfying

It's just great for a hostel. It is a two-minute walk from the historical center. Comfortably. There are standard double rooms with a separate shower, as well as rooms for 4-6 people. Delicious breakfasts overlooking the Bosphorus.
+ location. All the sights are nearby, but a quiet street
+ Breakfast
+ Terrace
+ Kitchen staff
+Warmth in the room (December)
+ Hot water
- uncomfortable bed height (1st tier)
A very inflated rating on the booking, of the advantages only the low price and breakfast! The hostel works on a stream, furniture plumbing dishes rooms bed everything is very worn out! There is no kitchen, you will not be able to cook by yourself
I stayed at the Hostel for 2 nights from July 30 to August 1, 2022.Breakfast was held on the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus, an individual plate was served on which there was (boiled egg, 3 pieces of cheese, a piece of watermelon, 3 fried sticks with stuffing, butter, jam, chocolate paste, olives). The coffee was instant in a Jacobs jar, and instant like in a thermos. My room was 9 with a double bed with a bathroom. To spend the night, that's it, and you won't look at the flaws. The location is very convenient. The staff is friendly, as I do not know English (helped, prompted) I communicated with them through the Russian-Turkish phrasebook application. Thanks a lot to them for that. After buying street food for lunch, they allowed me to go to the terrace, and I had lunch there.Ekaterina
A good hostel. We lived in a family room with a double bed. Great location, located on a quiet street between Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet. For those who are new to the very thing. A good standard breakfast on an individual plate. The staff is very friendly.
