I did not go up to the hotel at the top of the hyatt room, but a bungalow for an overnight stay is quite suitable
The yard with pomegranates and citrus fruits was pleased:)
If it were possible not to put stars at all, I would! We stopped twice . The first time it was a bungalow on the street. Then we thought it was fine, we could spend the night, we were just confused that the toilet and shower were on the street and did not look very good to put it mildly. Stayed for 2 nights. The room cost 1000 rubles/day. It was normal for an overnight stay. A year later we arrived for 1800rubles/day, the room was in the building. That's where the tin was. Imagine a favela in India or a dacha that you haven't visited for several years and you have to spend the night in it. This is what we saw in room number four on the second floor. Dirty laundry, concrete floor, doors (old broken shutters) that do not close + dust and dirt. Terrible unbearable screams from the first floor of a sick child of one of the local cleaners ... words cannot describe it. The most terrible horror that you can imagine. If you want to experience the same, book safely. We don't set foot here anymore.
We had a vacation in 2021 in October with a family with children. Very convenient location. There are transport stops nearby, including tram stops. The old town is literally across the street. There are shopping streets all around, the hotel itself is inside the block, which is an advantage, the noise of the streets and cafes does not come here. The rooms are simple, with air conditioning and a refrigerator. There is a kitchen (the children could not eat local dishes), it was very useful. The staff is very friendly (there are Russian speakers), they welcome you cordially, without a trick and contempt. The cozy kitchen has a friendly conversation (guests from different countries stay here), it is interesting to communicate, learn a lot of new things, practice languages. We really liked it.
