The hotel is compact. It's a very small area, but it's green with various antique statues. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is not rich, but everything is there: meat, fish, pastries, salads, desserts-everything is delicious. For a very calm and peaceful holiday and those who do not like noise, it is just right. From the hotel's restaurant you can watch stunning sunsets. The balconies of the hotel mostly overlook the sea. The rooms are clean and cozy.

Excellent and wide assortment in the restaurant. I went to the hotel on Republic Day - the restaurant was "bursting" with viands. Everything is delicious and friendly. The service in the restaurant is prompt and not intrusive: they quickly remember your tastes and try to please. The rooms for five stars are a little "tired", some parts require repair, but everything is clean, towels are changed every day. There were no problems with bottled water, even an excess. The beach is not particularly clean, the sand is already mixed with small debris by the end of the season. Not only hotel guests, but ordinary citizens are resting, but there was enough space and sun beds for everyone. The service on the beach is decent: drinks will be brought, an umbrella will be opened, and the sun beds will be fixed. Towels for sun beds should be taken at the hotel, in the basement, where the SPA is. The beach is sandy and pebbly, the entrance to the sea has a kind of natural sandy "step" - you need to get used to going in and out. This does not bother many people, but at first it was quite uncomfortable for me with sore knees. But these are quibbles. And I liked everything so much.

Excellent service and beautiful grounds. The location is very convenient. The infrastructure of the city allows you to make short trips to the center and to the fortress of Alanya, to Cleopatra beach. Pharmacies and 2 markets a week were found nearby. I also remember the heated pool with a temperature of 28 degrees in March!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel from October 24 to November 2, 2024. Only positive emotions from the hotel! Beautiful, with a historical twist, gorgeous sculptures, paintings, furniture! A boutique hotel, you might say. Always pleasant background music, live music in the evening. The hotel's restaurant is located on the 5th floor, offering stunning views of the sea and the Alanya Fortress.
The service is excellent! The kitchen is beyond praise! The sea is across the path. The beach is sandy, there are small pleasant pebbles near the shore. The entrance to the sea is comfortable. We are very satisfied!
The hotel is 16+, that is, for adults. I recommend the hotel to couples who do not need noisy parties, people who are aesthetes. It is quite possible to get to the center of Alanya on foot, or by bus or taxi. They offer a free shuttle service to the shops of Alanya every hour.
The location is great!

Good afternoon. I visited this hotel in the middle of March 2025. The check-in was quick (we arrived around 10 a.m. They asked me to wait a bit and gave me the keys to the room closer to 11, although check-in starts at 14 o'clock). The room is small, but cozy and clean. The restaurant is located on the top floor. From the balcony there is a stunning view of the Alanya fortress. The food is delicious and there is plenty of choice. Since this is a small city hotel, there shouldn't be 1000 meat dishes and so on. There was even honey in honeycombs for breakfast. Fruits and sweets are always available. The staff is very polite. If there were any questions, they were immediately resolved. I can't say anything about the beach, since it hasn't been working yet. But the beach bar was already open and walking along the sand you could go there. On the downside, I personally didn't like the window from the bathroom.entrance to the common corridor. But this is probably my pen. In general, there are only positive emotions from the hotel. Thanks to all the staff of this hotel.

The food is definitely not ice, the grill is always overdried, everything is too pickled from salads and marinades, the beach across the roadway is definitely not convenient. The idea of taking the safe and not opening it was original. But room cleaning is really great, at least if you leave a tip. Despite the 4.5 stars, only Turkish drinks are included in the package - and Turkish whiskey is a so-so story.

Great hotel! We rested in the second half of October 2023. Attracts the uniqueness of the hotel, the interior in antique style. The room is clean, conscientious cleaning every day. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The restaurant is on the fifth floor, not big, but spacious. There is a terrace on the street. From its height, gorgeous landscapes open up. The food is delicious, we meat-eaters had enough meat. Lots of fruits, a large selection of desserts. There is a snack bar. The choice of dishes is varied, delicious burgers, pizza, etc. Alcoholic cocktails, etc. booze. The territory is small, but very cozy, there is a place to sit and lie down. Two outdoor pools, but the water in them was a little cold. We enjoyed playing table tennis, darts, billiards. The beach is spacious and sandy, there were enough sun loungers for everyone during this period of the year. There is no bar on the beach. There is a room where you can take refreshing drinks, beer, coffee. The audience, as a rule, is of a solid age. More suitable for a relaxing holiday. In the evenings, a saxophonist played. The prices for the hamam are overpriced. It is better to take it to the excursion bureau. The impression of the rest was pleasant!

A wonderful hotel..It's very beautiful.. The staff is just a fairy tale, very friendly, always ready to help. There are 2 dogs living on the territory, very kind, they will lick you. The room cleaning is top notch, the food is delicious too. I didn't find a single negative. My man was also impressed with this hotel and said he would definitely come back. Russian speakers work at the hotel. I definitely recommend taking a closer look at this hotel and buying a ticket there!!!

We were in May. The hotel is small, cozy, clean. Many copies of sculptures and paintings are pleasing to the eye. The staff is responsive, few speak Russian, but nevertheless understand🤷♀️ The restaurant on the top floor also pleased with the views and food. There is not much entertainment, but there were performances by visiting artists. There is no animation as such. I was pleased with the absence of children. Most of the tourists are Europeans. There are few Russians. I didn't notice any negative aspects. The only thing that was annoying was the dead WI-FI. Steamed, slow, constantly flying out... like we have 80 in a year! Well, the hotel next door with the screaming music was a little annoying. In general, 4.5 points out of 5 on my scale of values. I was comfortable, delicious, and safe.

We are staying at the hotel from October 9, 2023. The only plus of this hotel is the location and the building itself and everything. The service is disgusting, there is no shampoo in the rooms, no hygiene products, slippers are not changed, towels are changed only on request. The kitchen is monotonous and very modest, if you come an hour before the service closes, then you will hardly have such an opportunity to eat a choice, if there is any meat or fish left, it will definitely be cold and cherished. The tables are dirty, and are not served again after the first visitors. The hotel corresponds to at most 3 stars with a big stretch. Several times they asked to fix the lock in the door of the room-they completely ignored it, they put the batteries themselves. We never got through to the hotel administrator and did not see him or her in the eyes. Such an administrator will destroy the hotel to the ground. Beach towels are given out in a smoky basement, drinks on the beach in a pen resembling a toilet at a train station in the 80s, this is with 5 stars and ultra all inclusive. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE to visit, the price does not match the quality. I advise travel agents to think 1000 times to offer this hotel for a holiday. Alanya is beautiful, but we were unlucky with the hotel.

Excellent design, but the hotel is old, there are 2 sockets for the whole room and then one under the kettle, I'm not talking about the sockets by the bed. The lighting in the room is dim. But the air conditioner is new, but not external, and the internal one drives the old air, so it's stuffy.
The choice of food is limited, there were 2 weeks, the variety appeared only 1 time and then with a crowd of settlers for 1 night.
The beach does not belong to the hotel - you can lie on it and that's it, drinks from some gloomy and dirty basement, the bar next to it is a beach, and the beach is urban, they have no peace, no security, no service.
5* ultra all food doesn't even come close.
Among the advantages are magnificent sunsets from the terrace, a pool bar with hotel food.

The level is 3-star, who wants 4 stars, but they have already painted 5 stars on the signboard. We stayed for 2 nights, out of season on 03/10/23. I do not know how you can relax in such a hotel! The maximum is to spend the night. Of the advantages, the restaurant-terrace on the upper 5th floor is 5 points. There are 2 cool, kind shepherd guards at the entrance, thanks to which there are no ubiquitous cats and smelly smells from their vital activity on the territory 5 points. There are a couple of small pools, the rooms are a little tired. Food: the assortment is average, the quality is also average (but we are not fans of the greedy all inclusive) so 4 points with a big minus. There is a very tired and slow elevator for 2 people-3 points. Spa in the basement with a cold hammam and massage rooms and a locker room from a horror movie -1 point. Wi-Fi 1 point (it doesn't work in the room at all, but it barely pulls in the lobby and constantly crashes!!! SOUND INSULATION 0 points, audible from all: adjacent, side, upper, lower rooms, and corridor. the doors are wooden, they don't hold the sound at all. In general, you definitely won't get enough sleep, unless you go on a binge for the whole vacation!

The food is good and tasty, if you are not picky, then the variety is average. All meals are varied, there are ice cream and sweet cakes, dried fruits.
1. Meat, cereals, potatoes, salads are all delicious.
Of the cons:
1. There is no microwave oven to reheat the remaining porridge. I told them they never bought it. For which they get a fat minus. But I still give the hotel 5 at the expense of the price.
2. WiFi does not catch everywhere. He almost didn't catch it in my room.
3. Not all staff are positive, mostly in terms of mood.
4. I didn't like that the staff puts everything out of the food, but I want to put it myself.
5. Alcohol is good. I didn't notice the dilution. The beer is delicious.
6. The beach is great, clean. Animation in the evenings.

Good day. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff, friendly and responsive staff at all levels, always friendly and pleasant to communicate with. Many people speak Russian or understand it. But people didn't have any problems with other languages either.
We had a rest from 24.06 to 01.07. A family of three people. There were no problems with check-in. We arrived a little after two, everything was decorated, we had a snack and were in the room (clean, cozy), there are bath accessories, even slippers.
I can tell from the food that I had enough, I did not come to overeat and I will not compare with hotels that cost other money. Alcohol around the clock (local), beer is delicious, they make very beautiful and delicious cocktails. Round-the-clock snacks. At 15.00 they give ice cream and various cakes.
The beach is a two-minute walk across the street (there is no underpass), but there is a pedestrian crossing nearby, but the locals do not miss it, there were enough sunbeds by the pool and on the beach. The animation is calm. The journey from Antalya Airport took almost 3.5 hours.
There are many shops (tourist) nearby, there are migros 1 km away and a shopping center about 1.5 km away.
The hotel is for a relaxing holiday, and its architecture and the view from the terrace are just super!

The only advantage is the architecture of the hotel, which distinguishes it from the rest. As soon as you arrive on the first day, you are given a "kennel" of 2 by 2 meters, supposedly there is nothing else, or keep your suitcases at the reception, and this is not done in order to get a certain amount, these are just "moronic" hotel rules. They won't change your room for any money! They came in 2 companies, they basically move into different floors, although they asked nearby, only after long arguments and swearing with the hotel manager of a Russian-speaking girl, as a result, 2 days were lost. The food in this hotel is generally a separate song, forget about the word all inclusive. You are served by non-Russian-speaking waiters, 2 pieces of sausage for breakfast, and in order to put more, you need to raise the tone again, and they look at you and put food in such a way that you are nobody here and owe them all. For breakfast, either scrambled eggs that were never enough, or pancakes that were quickly snapped up, terrible sour porridges cooked on ayran, sausages are the cheapest, as in pyaterochka red price, sour yogurt with a taste of soap, chemical milk. For lunch, in order not to stay hungry, you need to type salads, red and white wine, as well as beer loaded with water, vodka and spirits so disgusting that they do not look like any "badyaga" at all. The desserts for 3 days of Bali were not bad, there were eclairs and profiterolls with chocolate, the rest of the days there was something incomprehensible. There is no animation in the hotel, or rather there is no normal music, presenters. Animation is the simplest, ala "gelengik", for the elderly. Cool music was constantly coming from neighboring hotels, dancing, parties, dancing, live music, the benefit of living on the 4th floor could be seen. The beach at the hotel is dirty, the sun beds are broken, the umbrellas are crooked, ice cream and normal drinks are paid on the beach, the sand is very hot, the entrance to the sea is pebbles with large sharp stones. There is also no animation on the beach. Beach towels are given out, attention, every 3! There has never been a day like this in any hotel. Wi-Fi in a hotel is just an unusual word, it's hard to catch it in a hotel, even in the lobby. The pool is small, three times chlorinated, carefully for people with children and sensitive skin. We were without children, but I can't imagine how you can come here with children, there are 4 adults who were hungry every day, and I don't even know about children, there is no children's menu. We had to look for a cafe near the hotel or go to the center to eat a normal meal! Dear compatriots, Russians, do not go there, look at the hotels nearby if you want in that place, but it is far from the center, an hour's walk, Cleopatra beach is also much better!

In principle, they give bad numbers in a different building. The beach at the hotel is dirty, across the street, without a pedestrian crossing, sun beds and umbrellas are broken, a beach with low-quality sand and a rocky entrance to the sea. There is no animation in the hotel, from the word at all, some young guys in the evenings did scenes a la Anapa, and played ball on the beach, loud cheerful music, discos, dances, contests always came from neighboring hotels. A hotel for unassuming pensioners over 70+. Wi-Fi didn't work well even in the lobby. The hotel is positioned as a five-star hotel, but there are barely 3 stars, the rest are probably bought. It is not very pleasant to go into the water, and even further, since there are a lot of stones.There is a bridge nearby, from which some jump, but it is dangerous, it is not so deep there, you can hit well if you are not lucky. Well, either go down the rusty stairs from the bridge, and then immediately deep and clear water.

The staff speaks neither Russian nor English, respectively, you will never know what the soup is made of for dinner, since none of the dishes are signed, I am already silent about the information about the composition. There is also no children's table, and there was nothing to give to the child from the common table (we went with my son, he was 1.3), I had to buy cans. Not only did we have the feeling that we had to beg for food, since now the staff puts food on the Shvets table, and it feels like there was an order from above to put a little. It was even kind of awkward to ask for more. The fruits are wooden and tasteless, we had to go to the market and buy everything with our own money.
The refrigerator did not work in the room where we were accommodated and the air conditioner worked in a very strange way (either blew very hard or turned off), but fortunately we were moved to another room where there were no such problems. The hotel claims that it has a private beach, but in fact it is public, which we learned by an unfortunate accident when the city cleaner, passing along the coastline, put the toys we had forgotten on the beach in his garbage bag. Of course, he did not go to the bar and did not leave the find, everything was swept away and thrown away, and you will not find the extremes. From the hotel on the beach, only sun loungers, and mattresses will not be given to you, since they are not subject to disinfection (although mattresses were present on neighboring beaches for an unknown reason). The only thing we really liked was the hammam. That's where the staff knows exactly what they're doing, everything is clear and organized. We took a program with foam massage, peeling with a glove and oil massage and I would like to especially praise the masseur named Melekh.

They put up statues and several chairs at the reception, painted the walls in the rooms and outside, otherwise the same old hotel with two beds connected to one. Where the name ultra comes from is not at all clear, alcohol is free only locally at the pool bar. ice cream twice a week for an hour if it doesn't run out. There are not enough towels for everyone, so keep an eye on them. The pool is small. At the reception, Tatiana is very unpleasant with a look "I don't care about your worries / come tomorrow / leave as soon as possible" and rather rude answers (she seemed to have worked in the housing and communal services service before). The Internet is falling off all the time. There are not enough tables for everyone at lunch/dinner.
If you took a cheap hotel, it's great, but if you paid like me for an adequate 4-5, then it's pretty sad.
