For a three-star hotel, it's just great. The service is excellent. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The rooms are neat and cozy. Free wi-fi. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. Convenient location. The Grand Bazaar is 1.2 km away, the nearest bazaar is Arasta. Our windows overlooked the Bosphorus.

An excellent hotel for relaxation, a wonderful location, near almost all the sights of Sultanahmet, breakfasts are always fresh and delicious, the only thing is that there is a train nearby, but you quickly get used to the noise. The administrators are courteous and help with any question.

The location is close to the center, there are many cafes around, you will not stay without lunch. Cons: there is a railway right behind the hotel and the trains are perfectly audible; there is a construction site nearby - it is very noisy during the day; the room is "tired", the shower broke, the nozzle was changed; the breakfasts are very monotonous. 2 towels per guest, cleaned daily, the staff is friendly, they do not speak Russian. It doesn't look like 4*, only 3*.

A good hotel, for a solid four.
We lived on the 2nd floor from November 3 to 6, the Windows did not overlook the sea, but the courtyard, the abandoned buildings. Namaz was at 6 a.m., and the passing trains did not particularly interfere with sleep. Like other sellers under the window, at 10 p.m. everything was already quiet. There was a router on each floor, and Wi-Fi was catching well. The breakfasts are good, very satisfying and delicious. The staff is polite, no one spoke Russian, but everything is understandable in minimal English. The room is clean and cozy, in general, I liked everything. There were not so many people in the hotel, apparently it was not the season, so there were enough breakfasts right up to 9.30-10.00. one minus is that the upper veranda is no longer working at this time of the year. But you could take your wine and sit there on your own in the evening.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2024. This hotel has very few advantages. Firstly, there is no noise isolation. It's a nightmare. It's like the neighbors live in your room. Our window overlooked the railway from behind. It's very noisy. At 5 a.m. prayer, very loud. Even if the window is closed. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste. Slippers will not be brought until you ask for them. The observation room on the 4th floor is dirty. On the day of check-in, they did not warn that the mini bar was paid. Even the water is paid. The bill was posted on the day of departure. The breakfasts are meager, the same thing. But you won't stay hungry. The staff is polite, they don't speak Russian. I thought the chandelier would fall on me, I kept my word of honor. The bed and the mattress are just terrible. The pillow is wooden and the mattress is made of stone. The curtains are dirty. The door doesn't fully open. Everything in the room is miserable. We were sold as 4 stars. It doesn't even go for 3. The location is convenient. 10min to the tram. Next to the blue Mosque.I highly recommend this hotel

I stayed at the hotel in October of the 24th year.
Positive:
1. Excellent location in the historical part of the city, you can walk to many attractions. There are metro and tram stops nearby.
2. There is breakfast. There is a poor choice of dishes, but it is there.
3. Beautiful view from the hotel terrace. And the Marmara Sea and the blue Mosque.
Minuses:
1. The rooms are tired, asking for repairs.
2. There are subway rails under the window, noisy from passing trains.
3. Water in the room is free only on the day of check-in, then 1€ per 0.5l bottle.

The location is excellent, all the sights are nearby, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the Blue Mosque square.
The food is monotonous (scrambled eggs, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, pancakes), but hearty and it was quite enough for us before lunch.
The room is small and clean, there is no balcony, the window overlooked the railway, because of this it was noisy. Room cleaning consisted of making the bed and folding towels, not vacuuming and towels were not changed (we were 4 days). There Is No Sound Insulation!!! I could hear EVERYTHING from the next room, a child was crying for two nights, adults were yelling at him, it was difficult to sleep. The air conditioner was working fine.
The staff is very polite, helped with everything.

Good location, 5-7 minutes from the Blue Mosque, 5 minutes in the opposite direction to the embankment with benches, dolphins in the sea, next to the descent pier, from where boats go along the Bosphorus with a tour in several languages. The room has a kettle and cups, tea. Water is free only upon arrival, be careful, water from the minibar is $ 1 for 0.5.There is no iron. In our room on the 2nd floor, I did not take Wi-Fi at all, but the sea was visible through the window.Toiletries have been updated. There is an observation deck and a cafe on the roof of the hotel.The breakfast is varied, you will not stay hungry.The street where the hotel is located is a restaurant.Overall, I liked it, the staff does not speak Russian. I recommend.

I'm staying at this hotel at the moment. The hotel is not bad. Room 18 sq. m.. Room cleaning is done every day, you don't need to ask for any hygiene supplies, they bring them themselves as needed. The fact that there is a railway nearby does not bother you, you get used to it. I don't know who wrote the negative reviews, but overall the hotel is not bad. The rooms can be renovated, of course, and the curtains can be washed. But I'm happy!

I bought a superior room with a sea view. The view, of course, is better than on a narrow street window to window, but right in front of the window is a tower from which at dawn at 6.15 the call to morning prayer is the end of sleep. The breakfasts were monotonous, but the hungry did not leave. The room is old with shabby furniture, dirty curtains, well, straight black, a non-working suitcase stand (I had to open the suitcase on the floor), a hard mattress, wooden pillows (I'm not exaggerating). Until you remind me, they did not replenish shower gel, shampoo. Instead of teaspoons, chopsticks probably think that everyone needs their spoons. There are only 2 hangers in the closet. The lobby in the hotel is relatively good, and the rooms have some kind of squalor. I do not recommend this hotel and the presented photo does not correspond to reality.

The hotel is located in the old historical part of the city, almost in the center. Clean, breakfasts, good staff. The hotel matches its stars. There is an exit to the terrace on the 4th floor with a view of the Bosphorus and the Sofia Mosque. There is a small market nearby, there are many cafes with adequate prices, menus and hookah.

We were in April 2023, liked it, a solid four, lived in the left wing, room 507, small. There are bigger rooms in the right wing, where the elevator is. Breakfast is standard, omelette, sausages, vegetables, sweets. There is a roof terrace with a nice view.

Run past this hotel!!! The room is not cleaned, we need to look for the administrator. The audibility in the hotel is very high: the showers are adjacent to the sleeping places of other rooms. At first we thought that our battery had burst, then it turned out that it was the noise from the shower in the next room. If your neighbors decide to quarrel like ours, then you will enjoy their conversation all night. There is only one advantage - the proximity to Sofia and the Blue Mosque.
The breakfasts are not delicious.

The only advantage of this hotel is the location. You shouldn't choose him. Breakfasts are meager, there is nothing to eat, just potatoes. The room is 5 squares, with a broken toilet door. They asked for three days to fix it - according to figs. Everyone smiles, promises, and does nothing. I agree with the previous review, the breakfasts are disgusting, you can't get enough. The rating of the hotel is probably bought, all the plumbing is old and dead, the shower is leaking. I don't recommend it.

Obviously, the hotel's rating has been bought. The room is in poor condition, requiring major repairs: dirty walls, bedside tables with chipped corners, all the furniture, frankly, is very "tired". There are stains on what looks like clean bed linen. Poor sound insulation of windows + cracks, draught (were in February). The breakfast is hardly satisfactory. One could say that it is suitable as a hotel in which you only spend the night, but for such purposes it will be too expensive. In the district, you can find much better options for this money. There are no complaints about the staff. The hotel requires a thorough renovation of the rooms and renovation of furniture. Right now, it's not even close to its rating. Alas, we were disappointed to be there. One of the advantages is the location. But, again, there is a hotel on a hotel in this area, so you will not be satisfied with the location alone.

The hotel does not pull for 4 stars, at best for 3. Terrible audibility through the windows and doors, it is almost impossible to sleep properly.
Carefully check the room upon check-in, they will charge you money for things that are not damaged by you. We were charged 200 lira for a small glass shelf that was broken.
Breakfast is monotonous but quite normal. We were fed the same food for 7 days.
I strongly advise against it
