After the events of 2014, I greatly respected the Anthracite district council. It was they who invited the Novocherkassk Cossacks to the city to help organize the defense of the city. We did this after the events of MAY 2 in Odessa. They did not want the District Council and other buildings of the city to burn in the same way. Here was the headquarters of the Cossacks. Regiments were formed here to protect the city and the militia. Therefore, this building today can be said to be historical. The city is alive. Civilian casualties are small compared to other cities. Few buildings have been destroyed. Cossacks helped evacuate children with their mothers to Russia, to a safe distance from bombs and shelling. We did a great job. Some of them died here.
