After I booked a VW POLO, photographed ALL the damage, and started the rental, but it didn't start, and a week later I received a fine of 70,000 tenge. With a note that I left the ignition in the car, and not someone before me (after all, I was the one who couldn't start it). No evidence has been sent yet. I'm not surprised that 50% of the fleet is junk, and it's very sad that users who report problems are more likely to get a fine than those who actually crash cars. I perceive this as the cost of a weekend ticket from such a garbage service. It seems like it's time to start respecting your nerves and time and not use this service.
Dirty cars inside and out. The pads were so noisy that even the radio could not drown out this disgusting sound. It's dusty, it's unclear what's flying out of the air conditioner, which is why I started having a terrible allergy. The support is silent. The only response to messages about an application malfunction is "sorry, we have technical problems." There is no help or support. The condition of the cars is terrible.
I booked a polo and by the time I got to her, I had dug up 999 tenge. I paid accordingly, but when I got there, it just wasn't there and when I canceled the application, about 15,000 tenge was deducted from me. Then I called the operator, they said that from Monday within three working days they would send me money (refund). But for 2 weeks now, no money, only promises. 😤😤😤😡😡😡
