I have used rented cars in many countries, but nowhere have they tried to solve their problems at my expense. I decided for myself that I no longer rent cars at Anytime, it is easier and cheaper to rent a car for a day at another company.
The whole team is out of this world, especially the chief accountant named Julia, the Security Service staff, complete chaos and anarchy, only the infusion of huge amounts of money and the daily buzzing of a mentor from Moscow allow this structure to collapse in the city of Alma-Ata. Sadness, despondency, indifference, mutual contempt and dislike reign in this under-company.

As a result, the car was released only after a few hours, I checked it from and to, there was nothing. I called the police, who, as usual, did nothing. The car was allegedly used by one or two people, I don't remember anymore. A few hours later, their employee called, introduced himself as a mechanic or a driver who drives cars. He said that he allegedly found my wallet between the seats, but without money (about $ 100), etc. The question is, how does a mechanic who drives cars get customer phones?
